Looks stunning, modern, clean. Comfy. Breakfast facilities are excellent, with several rooms, sitting options, TVs, plenty of space.

Breakfast was barely ok, but had no sweet choices at all (muffins, cinnamon rolls, etc), so that's what I missed the most. There's no warm milk and no microwave, and when I asked one of the ladies if I could get some for my little girl, I was told "no"...maybe it's the right answer, but this was the only time I was denied warm milk at breakfast during my 8-hotel roadtrip.

The location was perfect as we were attending the NKOTB concert at the Boston Garden and the hotel is right near the Orange Line. The staff was very friendly and we could tell by other customer interactions they enjoyed their jobs.

The TV in our room did not work. We could get it to turn on but could not get past the home screen. We did inform the front desk however we were told it seems to be an issue with several rooms. Not having a TV to watch after our long day in Boston was pretty disappointing. Also, for the price we paid, we were surprised that there was no pool for us to swim in after a hot day.

The room was very comfortable. You could open the window, nice view. Fridge and microwave. Great walkin shower

The first room they showed us had a bad perfume disgusting smell maybe from strong cleaning products. After complaining they changed our room and it was much better despite the staff person saying they use the same products everywhere. Breakfast wasn't very good except for the coffee.

The breakfast was pretty good, a lot better than other hotels I've stayed at in the past. I thought the decor was great, the location was excellent for our specific needs. I liked that the parking was close most days, and even the big parking lot isn't too far away. The staff that I and my wife interacted with were great! For some reason, our heating system seemed to be off a bit, check out room 531...we had it at 72 and it seemed to be blowing cold air...maybe we didn't understand the thermostat...my wife likes it warm. We will stay here again soon, in fact, we've already booked it.

I'm not crazy about barking dogs when I stay at a hotel. I've stayed at others in which the pets were all relegated to the ground floor, do you have any non-pet floors? If so, we will most likely request that next time. We didn't know that parking was extra but $12/night isn't really a big deal. We really enjoyed this hotel so these comments aren't that serious, I just included them because I was asked.

I was wondering why the Keurig coffees weren’t refilled when new towels were brought in. I was really looking forward to coffee in the morning without going to breakfast area. ☹️ I just looked the summary. It drives me crazy that my husbands name is ALWAYS used for reference. They serve real eggs vs. powdered, that's the best I can say. Otherwise, it's the same as a Best Western breakfast.

We were lucky to find a packing space in the very limited lot next to the hotel but if not, we would have had to park across the street, get a ticket, validate it, etc. Why charge extra for parking? Hotel rooms in Boston are already outrageous.

Me and my boyfriend have stayed at this property like, 3 times now and every time we feel so fancy in such a beautiful place! The staff was so friendly, breakfast was amazing, and the room was very clean! Thank you so much to the housekeepers that keep this place clean because they are the true hero’s who keep it all going! Thank you for an amazing stay!

Nice little hotel. Not too far from Boston. During the weekend, they offered a small breakfast that included cereals, yogurt, oatmeal, eggs and bacon, bagels, and muffins. Very nice start to the morning.

It is convenient to where we needed to go. Clean, beautiful room. Comfortable beds. The breakfast was very good. Nice options for breakfast like quiches and breakfast sandwiches.

There was no switch to turn the bathroom fan off so it ran the entire time.

Parking is inconvenience, hard to find. The room need cleaning on dust for example Television cabinet. a bit noisy coming in the room sometimes.
