Residence Inn by Marriott Boston Logan Airport/Chelsea

The room was nice, as described. We didn't cook but the kitchenette was handy for late snacks and take out food. The bathroom was spacious, modern and clean. We only used the pool at night, but was very nice. The only problem one of the days were other customers (apparently drunk) who made a mess by the pool, but not the hotel fault at all. Breakfast was very good, and they had gluten free options which were a big plus for my daughter (celiac disease). It was very good for the rest of us, including healthy options like delicious fresh fruit, high quality yogurt and hot dishes. The eating area was spacious, clean and cozy. The (main) lady at breakfast was super efficient and very very nice (what an asset for the hotel); the lady tending the bar was also super nice, and in general the staff was superb. Definitely a place we would go back to.

Parking was not included. We didnt need a shuttle to the airport but I asked in case we go sometime and don't rent a car and was told that there is no shuttle which can be something to consider for other travelers.

Very nice facility, clean and very comfortable. We had 4 adults in the 1 bedroom suite. The staff brought up extra blankets and pillows on request. We got in around 8, and there was a very limited choice of restaurants available within walking distance. We used the free airport shuttle, it worked out very well. A little far from the city, but we would stay here again if we needed to be near the airport for sure.

1. Location was outside the city. Close to the airport, but still outside the city. 2. We were staying there for the Memorial Day weekend, so some increase in prices was to be expected, but the price was still high.

Location near airport was perfect for catching my red eye flight. Parking and check-in was simple. Kitchen facilities, the layout and high ceilings made room very attractive, comfortable and practical-seemed like a studio apartment. Arrived late and left early, wished I could’ve stayed longer for price/value.

Lots of kids screaming in lobby running back and forth from pool to bar where their parents were. In room bathroom needs some tlc. Vanity looked rough and ceiling paper was bubbling- no obvious way to turn on fan. View - just looked at other hotels

The room was big and clean. The kitchenette had dishes and pots. Staff were nice and helpful. It felt secure as you need your keyboard to us the elevator. The TV had apps commonly used for streaming. There was no noise from other guests. Close to everything we needed and everywhere we wanted to go to. Free wifi Free parking The breakfast was good

There was a skunky smell in the halls. I followed the directions on the door placard to get new towels and get the old ones and trash removed and it wasn't the right directions. They didn't say anything about their other amenities like the pool or business lounge.

- currently doesn’t have everyday housekeeping services (last day at hotel was beginning of June 2022) - no other complaints

My stay was very nice. Facility was good. Breakfast was very nice. Market basket was very near and had all the things needed for stay.

All breakfast sandwiches had egg. For someone allergic to eggs should have some without.
