AC Hotel by Marriott Boston North

I love everything about my stay I went to celebrate my anniversary with my wife and staff work here are the best.

The only thing I didn’t like was when I made the reservation shows 3 different prices was the first and second show the breakfast was not included but the third option shows with breakfast included was like $40 dollar xtra so I decided to book it with breakfast wen I get to do the check in they told me the breakfast wasn’t included so I told the receptionist I paid extra for the breakfast and he said I understand but wen you came in the morning you need to pay for it he said I’m sorry I’m only the receptionist I don’t make the rules so I told the person you not what I don’t want to argue anymore so please give me the key of my room I’m so tired.

We did not have the breakfast, so cannot comment on breakfast. The hotel is located very near the T - this is the equivalent to the tube station, however you have to go up the stairs for the car park to the sky bridge or take the lift - but the lift was broken so we did not use this. Downtown is on the same line, so you don't have to change trains. There are also food places nearby and a Starbucks near the hotel in walking distance, so you can get around easily.

I enjoyed my stay.

The location was perfect for our needs. The front desk staff explained the parking situation better than our first stay during our trip, and our room was more complete than our first stay.

There were no water glasses in our room and the housekeeping was non-existent. I understand not servicing the room every day, but over three days, the only thing done was to put fresh towels on the bathroom counter but not taking the used ones. Also, very minor but the small toilet paper roll was removed and not replaced with a new one. Thankfully, there was still one under the sink.

The welcome at the reception told us right away that this was going to be a very nice stay and indeed it was. The degree of empathy and customer service that he showed was absolutely top professional and in a league of its own. Coming in from Denmark we felt at home immediately - the interior is an international harmonic blend of art and decor that is intriguing and beautiful - a real pleasure for both the eye and the mind. The room and bathroom was super clean and spacious and the storage space was perfect. We enjoyed every minute, thank you

The beds was a little on the firm side

Super modern and chic. Very clean. Great location. Friendly staff. Loved the couch in our room. Overall design was very thoughtful and well done. Very very good value for such a clean and comfortable hotel.

Sound insulation in the rooms could have been a bit better. Coffee supplies were a bit meager.

The property was across the street from the skyway to the T (Boston subway) which made it easy and convenient to go downtown.

The water pressure in the shower was awful, barely able to wash my hair! If that had been decent I would have given a better rating.

The room was very clean. The shower was exceptionally large with a beautiful shower head. The bed was extremely comfy. It is just minutes away from downtown Boston. Walking distance to some great restaurants.

We don't have anything bad to stay. My husband only stays here on his frequent trips to Boston.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful, clean and very welcoming, the receptionists are very professional and answered all our questions, room perfect only disappointment was the bar was closed for the weekend but other then that 10/10

When we went there after the show, There was only one person working. I find that strange, got to understand they were short staff. The place was very clean and nice.

I didn't like that there wasn't any food, have to go out and buy, no microwave in the room, it was all the way down the hall way..

hotel was pretty new and clean.

we had an issue with the door, we were assisted but took a while to get it to open. The two persons that worked to open it were pretty nice and helped until they opened it. I would say a little hiccup in our stay.
