Excellent location, surrounded by a shopping mall and many restaurants. Very cozy and comfortable beds; pure American breakfast, with lots of choices of items. The best part is that it has a mini refrigerator and microwave, portable enough to meet my needs.

The TV later shot down on all regular channels, but was only showing "SUNDANCE" channel, with adult movies; so, the kids had nothing to watch, very boring!

We paid extra for the supreme king and it was very nice and roomy. Front desk staff were extremely nice & helpful, even though booking.com said I canceled!

TV was horrible even after front desk came. Couldn't change stations & kept freezing. Drapes were heavy but too far from window so let the sun in too early for us! Breakfast ends too early for us, at 9! But I jumped out of bed & did manage to grab some 1 day! Kaitlyn? came to rescue again & gave me some milk for my coffee!

The room on the 2nd floor overlooked the rear parking lot, had nice view of trees and was quiet. Room appeared to be recently renovated. Breakfast was good with choice of hot and cold (eggs and sausages plus the usual continental breakfast). Good to have the option of eating at the tables at the small breakfast area or taking your food to the room in small plastic trays. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Towels were delightfully soft, clean and absorbent. Shower worked well. Chain restaurants within one block include Friendly's and 99 Restaurant.

Parking lot in need of repaving. Room not well ventilated so having the ac on helped circulate the air. Door to the room did not shut easily.

Bed was super comfy, pillows were great too! Lots of hot water, fan worked. Heating and cooling were awesome. Great room! Friendly staff. Cerial, bagels, eng.muffins, yogurt, apples, coffee,juice, was the daily staples. All good quality.

Would of liked eggs: hot or cold boiled, bananas, napkins, and bring back the waffle maker.

We were unexpectedly upgraded to a suite because of a guest who had stayed another night. It was very pleasant and roomy and conveniently located. We were able to invite relatives also staying at the inn to come in and visit. We also had a very comfortable king-sized bed.

The only problem (and not an important one) was that I had to have my husband turn on the shower for me - the handle had been tightened a lot. I think it was so the shower wouldn't drip. But, as I say, not a big deal.

Clean, quiet, comfortable, warm on a cold and snowy night, sidewalks salted, breakfast: fruit, breakfast bars, oatmeal cups, yogurt, muffins, tea bags, coffee, juice.

I asked check-in receptionist if there was breakfast because I saw coffee machine in dining area.. He said, " I don't think they are doing that anymore". So we bought breakfast food for the next morning. Next morning I went to dining area for coffee - there was breakfast! When I mentioned this to morning clerk, she said, "He knew we had breakfast!" If he knew, why did he say that? If he didn't know, why not? Shaking my head!

I love the convenience to food, beautiful view of the Mohawk Trail fall foliage and absolutely adore the manager Kali. She is always so kind and helpful. She is the main reason I keep booking at this location.

Wish it were a bit cheaper for 2 nights.

Staff was nice, responsive, and helpful. Room was comfortable, numerous outlets for charging with or without brick. Free Wifi and parking. Proximity to stores and restaurants very convenient. My group was comfortable and happy!

Facilities could use an update, slighty stale smell.

The front desk lady was lovely. She was friendly and knowledgeable about events in the area she even knocked on the door to bring an extra towel when she noticed my long hair.

A little musty and dusty

easy to find, off the interstate,, near several restaurants and gas stations, room was very clean ,comfy, warm...the neighbors were very quiet. and NO mask mandate!! Thank you!

The hall light inside our room didnt work...the tv remote couldnot shut off the tv..other than that, everything else was great!
