Comfortable hotel with clean rooms and convenient location. Loved having Guidos organic market just down the hill from the hotel - we were able to get sandwiches and even vegan pizza from the market so we didn't have to eat every meal out.

Pool was a bit cold and could've been a bit cleaner (there was some green on the tiles). But it was definitely swimmable and maybe the cold temperature was a reason the pool was never crowded.

many children age 7-10 alone in weight room on machines fooling around. we were headed to the pool, to many kids so we opted for some time in the exercise room, so some kids could dissipate (which they did). then got over taken by kids in the exercise room told front desk. they asked the mom to stay with the kids. she did not and the staff didn’t seem to care. couldn’t use room or machines.

The whole hotel was very nice and our room was especially great. It was so spacious, even the bathroom, which was well appointed and conveniently set up. We ate at Jae's on our second night and the food was great. It was especially nice not to have to leave the hotel for dinner as the weather was cold and rainy that evening. I would love to stay here again to check out even more of the Berkshires on another trip!

The price hike for Saturday night was very expensive on Booking.com. I should have gone through the hotel. :(

A nice indoor pool, particularly good since our active adult community refused to open our own pool. Now I don't worry that I might never enjoy a pool again. The room was bland but OK. We managed to squeeze usable wifi from Hiltons absurd policy. Front desk was friendly l.

Poor adjustment to Covid rules. We understood that no one would enter the room until we had checke. Manaagement was aware that we had a two night stay but provided only one portion of coffee fixings. At the end of the day this is a typical middle range place, but $250 a night rate was absurd. Only breakfast available was an absurdly overpriced breakfast in the restaurant. Fine for expense account folk, lousy for senior citizens l.

Ambiance was pleasant and location was great for accessing what we did.

Door to the room was extremely heavy and hard to open. We were on the first floor with no ice machine on that floor. We had reserved a handicapped accessible room in April and did not get one. Reason given was we did not book directly from Hilton. Although there was an accommodation (seat in the shower), it was not good for my husband so he could not shower while we were there.

Wonderful lobby vibe, lots of parking, proximity to nearby, towns and Tanglewood. Terrific staff.

Location is great. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They always seem to be sure that they remembered your face each time you came in.

Weather could have been better but I guess you have no control over that. The price was a little higher than our usual stays there likely because it was a holiday weekend. Our stay ended up more expensive than our air fare from TX.

Room was nicely appointed but showe was disappointing. The ceiling was chipped and wallpaper was peeling. It was not up to Hilton standards
