We have stayed here several times over as many years because the rooms are always clean and very comfortable; the towels are thick and soft; plenty of pillows; the staff are pleasant and accommodating; all the rooms are ground floor level with parking in front of your door. We really like the grounds. There is a large lawn with trees that surrounds the pool and it looks very pretty and the whole property sits well up and off the busy street level on a hill that is kind of tucked into a residential neighborhood so it feels more private. We have often eaten our snacks or breakfasts that we brought from McDonald’s (about a mile away) at a picnic table under a tree on this lawn. It is walking distance to a few local eateries on W. Housatonic St. or a little longer walk or short drive that takes you to Ben & Gerry’s ice cream on South Street or eateries on North Street. The Colonial Theater is also within walking distance. This is a well kept “Mom and PoP’ style motel.

Honestly, if we really disliked something about this motel, we wouldn’t keep coming back.

The bathroom needs a handrail for the shower and the toilet. The floor tile is VERY VERY VERY slippery. There is a 1/2" lip between the sink room and the bathroom. My toe hit it very hard a few times. I believe I broke my toe. I rubber mat between the two rooms could solve this at a minimal cost. There is no USB outlet, anywhere. I did not realize the rates were jumping up on weekends.

The hotel was centrally located to all the local sights. The room was comfortable, and the bathroom mirror was one giant self lit makeup mirror. There was an actual closet in the room. I covet a shower with good water pressure in the morning, and this place has it for sure. The hotel also has an outdoor pool, which is used and cleaned regularly. I would definitely not hesitate to say there again or recommend it.

Beautiful area to walk or eat cheap fast food. 🍱 I loved the mirror and the bed. Pittsfield downtown is not far away and you can go 30 minutes by car to the amazing The Clark Museum or Tanglewood for concerts. I also liked the pool!

It's a motel so not so nice view from the room, because of all the asphalt and cars. It is also a quite small hotel so everything happens at one spot...you definitely doesn't feel alone at the hotel.

The room was SUPER clean, spacious and well appointed. It had a small refrigerator and microwave (no coffee maker but that was available in the lobby). I had a problem with the TV and staff came by and took care of it immediately. I did ask for a meal recommendation and they were unable to assist, I think a little language barrier. It would have been nice if they had a "menu book" like some smaller hotel/motel properties have. It is in a quiet neighborhood set back from the road a bit and I was very satisfied. The outside is clean and tidy except for a small area kind of in the back near my room that was a little area for equipment or something that looked a bit unsightly.

The room was clean when I came in. The maid came every day. The bed was comfortable. The wifi worked well.

The clerk at the front desk was not very friendly and there was a glass partition which made it difficult to hear. This is not a criticism of the motel but, if you visit Pittsfield, it's better to drive there. No uber or Lyft.

the office staff were very helpful and respectful and the maid service was exceptional.as for the bed it was very comfortable. i enjoyed my stay there very much, And the cost of the room was reasonable, i would stay there again and i would refer the place to anyone heading that way.thank you for making my stay there comfortable.

there isnt nothing i did not like.

The updated furnishings were a treat. Detail of all kinds were met including hooks on the back of the bathroom door.

The thin walls. Unfortunately I could hear the person in the next room snoring. Even their normal conversation could be heard word for word. It was a bit unsettling knowing I was listening to someone snore next door through the walls. Other than that, I loved the place.

The room was very clean . The bathroom fixtures appeared to be new and the towels were thick and wonderful. Good pillows too!

A small coffee maker in the room would have made it better. I only need hot water but you can't make it in the microwave unless you have something other than plastic to heat the water in.

Very clean sheets, floor and bathroom. The hotel was also located in a very quiet area so there were no trains, highway sounds or airplane noise.

The entry door, even though it locks safely, it does not close properly. There are significant cold air drafts from all around the door frame. Yes, we turned the heat on, but at night the heater is too loud and we had to turn it off, thus feeling the cold air from the entrance.
