Room was very nice. Everything was very clean. Nice and quiet. No noisy neighbors. Pool area was good, water was comfortably warm! Was impressed with the provided shower caps and make up remover wipes in the sink area.

The only thing that was a little disappointing was that the bathtub still kept draining slowly even when the plug was turned on. And that there was big bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower that were mounted to the wall and couldn't be taken down. It was at a slightly uncomfortable angle to get the liquid to pump out because I have issues wrists. Would have preferred the mini bottles that the lotion came in.

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast had a lot of choices, and was very good. Conveniently located and well lit parking lot. The air conditioning worked well.

The room had an odor - air freshener or cleaning solution? It was unpleasant at first, but not overpowering, and I didn't notice it after a while. There was a dog staying in the room next door, which barked a few times when I was opening my door, but was quiet in the evening.

Great staff. Wonderful location. Easy access to Lenox/Tanglewood, Stockbridge, Wahconah Falls, Mt. Greylock, etc. Our room had a nice balcony facing the pond and small mountains behind the hotel. Room was very nice with a small couch. Good-sized bathroom with clean, simple shower and ample counter space. Good breakfast.

There's a private home immediately behind the hotel that kind of gets in the way for some of the rooms (but not ours). We would have liked a small table to go with the chairs on the balcony.

We love the hot tub in the pool area. It’s clean and spacious and not usually overcrowded. The rooms are very clean and welcoming. The front desk staff are very accommodating. The breakfast is also more Extensive than just muffins and coffee. The coffee is very good btw! We have tried quite a few different hotels in the area while attending Masses at The National Shrine of Divine Mercy in Stockbridge, just a few miles away. We will only stay here moving forward.

Only one thing. The air vent on the wall behind the hot tub could use a good cleaning.

The reception staff were so helpful and friendly. Lance kindly found us a lovely room away from the noisy road. The room was comfortable, clean and had a little balcony overlooking trees. The bathroom was large, clean and well appointed. They gave us advice on trails to walk, how to get there and places to eat. We can particularly recommend Frankie's Italian in Lenox. Lenox was beautiful, only a short drive away. The complimentary breakfast was excellent, everything you could possibly want. The muffins and pastries were particularly good.

Great location near everything. Behind the hotel is a wildlife sanctuary with a mountain view and a pond. It's a beautiful spot with chairs. It's a huge selling feature for this hotel. We had a room the balcony and a few of the mountains and it was great. The hotel is right on Route 7 and in close proximity to Mount Greylock, Lenox center, Stockbridge and Lee. Staff is pleasant. There's a complementary breakfast but my wife and I prefer one of the bakeries in Lenox so we have never tried the food at the Yankee Inn.

In our room we had an issue with the shower. Moving the slide over to put it into 'shower' mode did not work without significant finagling. We had to hold the flusher button down several seconds in order for the toilet to flush.

The fireplace in the room was wonderful on cool evenings and our balcony looking at the mountains was great with three adirondack chairs and table for coffee and cocktails. There were china mugs and glass glasses too. No plastic! Plus the room was pretty thrifty in comparison to others.

Disappointment that the indoor pool and spa were closed for renovation, but we were aware of that in advance. The breakfast was just okay.

Unlike other reviews, the beds were very comfortable and seemed new-ish. We were in the red brick building not the main one. The mini fridge had a separate freezer section. Coffee available all day in the lobby with half and half! The breakfast was very good with fresh fruit, scrambled eggs and bacon. There were also breads, pastries, cereals, yogurt, waffles. Self serve type breakfast only. The rooms were clean. I would stay here again. TV was large

We stayed in a room with 2 double beds. The bathroom was somewhat small and the tile needed updating. However, it was very clean.

My husband had an amazing bagel and fruit. I do not eat breakfast. Everything was even better than I thought it was going to be. Loved having a microwave and refrigerator Very clean and clean smelling which is very important to us. Loved the beds abs the private deck with Adirondack chairs. Very nice staff, very quiet. Can’t wait to come back, soon I hope.

2 things only! The lights in bathroom sink area I wish were on a dimmer to make brighter when putting makeup on and the toilet paper is not in a convenient place to reach, otherwise it was all great!!!

The staff was very friendly, the room was fine with an unexpectedly nice view of the mountains behind it, and there were reasonable breakfast options that we took to our room to enjoy on our "balcony with a view". Very comfortable bed. Nice soaps and shampoos, plus glasses, cups, etc, for DIY meals, etc. We did not try the swimming pools, for lack of time.

I cannot think of anything I did not like. Previous reviews proved right. It is on a busy road, but far enough from it that there was no irritating noise, and it is bordered by numerous convenience stores (CVS, Subways, etc.). Because of the traffic, it is mostly suitable as a base from which to explore the surrounding area, not as a stopover.
