Michelle at the front desk was fabulous! She was kind to every customer in line and over the phone. I witnessed 3 guests standing in line while a customer was with her over the phone. I understood that the customer needed a cancellation refund but they made the reservation through a 3rd party. Michelle has been very polite to the person she spoke to over the phone who at the end turned out calling the wrong hotel. I remember at the end of the call, she asked the person on the phone to call her back if they need her! I have never seen such an exceptional customer service. After the call ended, Michelle served 3 guests in line very efficiently: 1/ She apologized for the wait 2/ She was multi task skilled employee 3/ she had the papers and cards ready for us all we needed is initials and signing. she was fantabulous!

Of course it is a fairly new location very close to where I needed accommodations and worked out very well for parking the trailer we had in tow. The breakfast had a fantastic selection especially excellent hot foods. Will definitely consider staying here again. it was a very pleasant stay I must mention that I was a little disappointed when I asked if they offered extended stay visits and said they do not have that type of a facility at that location It would be my first choice for future visits when staying for a much longer period of time. I would need something with kitchenette facilities. It seems like many truckers and people visiting to work in the area use this location as I saw laundry facilities available for a small fee. That is an awesome idea Maybe some day extended stay facilities could be considered. that would be fantastic. thank you for a very pleasant stay.

clean and great location

The breakfast was good and changed on the days I stayed so I was not eating the same thing every morning and the fact that that staff is alert polite and friendly makes it more pleasant and enjoyable

Honestly the only thing that I was upset about was the fact that I wanted to extend my stay and unfortunately for us they were completely booked which caused us to to to end end our stay there I think before a room that a guest is in is booked out maybe check to see if they want to extend stay just a suggestion

I have already been to this hotel 2 times, as it is one of the few hotels with breakfast I will book here again in the future Very central location without noise disturbance very friendly staff and very well maintained very large and comfortable rooms

I had no cold water from the tap due to the intensive use of the dryer, there was a strong smell of perfume in the hallway. That was a bit disturbing, but at least you couldn't smell it in the room

Easy check-in. Friendly staff. Breakfast is neatly prepared and organized. Customer service was immaculate.

The hot water ran out and stayed cold for a while. The pool needs a little TLC. There were algae and hair in the pool. The tub needed some scrubbing.

It was more expensive for me to visit in August than it had been in June (but this could have been the exchange rate as I am from the UK and the pound had sunk). I think it was also 'the season'. Having stayed in a cheaper place nearby though.. I can say that Holiday Inn's RELIABILITY (size of room, GOOD Wi-fi, pleasant staff) really make a difference when it counts. The breakfast was also REALLY great.

The breakfast was very convenient and good. The staff was cheerful and helpful. The Inn's location was very convenient.

There was NO hot water from our bathroom sink and only warm water in the shower. Our room was on the 3rd floor, which probably did not help the situation. Facility needs pump-driven CIRCULATING hot water circuit.

Much better than other hotels or motels with a little more to offer in selections. But don't cut back on some things offered because the next morning I may be looking forward for that item only to find out its not there as a selection that morning or the next morning either.

Cut the tall weeds back 10 feet so we can feel safe seeing the fast oncoming east bound cars coming up the slope on US6. Perhaps more parking space up closer to the hotel building maybe on the west end of the building. Noisy washing machine at night near elevator. Move it or buy a quite machine. Coke machine was a little noisy too.

Friendly staff, cleaning crew was super helpful, spacious rooms, great location

Took a long time for the shower to heat up, whole place smelled of cigarettes, fitness center is a treadmill, bike, & elliptical in a closet

the room is very large and so is the bed. layout of the room is very nice as well, ample space. we like how the shampoo, conditioner and body wash is presented to us. easier to use than fiddling around with tiny bottles.

the latch for our door was really bad. you could stick a whole finger in there and probably open the door without a key. we didn't try incase someone saw us and wanted to try themselves. bathroom to room size ratio is not that great.
