I loved the size of the room. I booked a junior suite to host a party of 9 girls for a slumber party. Thankfully the girls were quiet and respectful. But the quality of the room was great!! From the small fully loaded kitchen to the nice bathrooms with Dove products to the soft pillows and beds!! I had an exceptional night of rest and enjoyed my stay very much.

The door stoppers don’t seem to work as well. The door swung open to one of the room and put a hole in the wall. I did notice multiple patches in back of the doors for the same reason and I do believe they took my deposit because of it. That put a damper in my thoughts of the place only because $250 is a lot when it’s not truly your fault.

Breakfast was very good. We ate at hotel every morning.

It could have been cleaner. I wiped down the bathroom door and a couple spots of the bedroom door, water spots and some dirt spots. The corners in the bathroom were dirty, i think it was sand from when families came in from spending time at the beach. There wasn't any information in the rooms, about where to eat, or about extra towels, etc. Glad there was wifi, to check on family back home. It was great. Beautiful spot Nice touch with outside fire pit and also the gazebo with 2 bbq's if you wanted to spend the night outside. Not sure if you had to book it or not, there wasn't that information in room.

The 2 bedroom suite also has 2 bathrooms. That was a great surprise.

No housekeeping. We called front desk asking for housekeeping services, were told they’d send someone up, but they did not. Our 2nd call asking for housekeeping we were told no one was available. That was 2:30 in the afternoon. Paid a lot of $ for a great room & staff was not concerned about emptying garbage cans or providing clean towels. Sad, especially considering the price we paid.

The breakfast was very good. Loved the variety, boiled eggs, scramble eggs, bagels, oatmeal, waffles, toast,, yogurt, cranberry juice and apple juice. No Orange Juice! Please have Orange Juice.

Had to make my own bed. No Service. Had to go and get tissue, kleenex and towels. Had to walk to WalMart. No Transportation was available.

Breakfast was exceptional as well as the cleanliness

No coffee pot in our room. Called to the front office and they said that they were at full capacity and could not do anything for us. Front desk said at 3:40 that they would call and tell us when our room would be ready and never received a call.

The breakfast was great. Location is ok...a little far from the beach, but the facilities are wonderful. They provide everything in the room if you want to cook. Good handicap accessible also.

Only problem we encountered was a terrible cable satelite system for the TV. Very hard to understand and work with. My husband was techy and he had a hard time.

The up keeping of the hotel, the size of the hotel and rooms have all the amenities you need to store food, cook refrigerate, the staff was great and very professional and knowledgeable!!!

The carpet had an odor like it had been cleaned but they definitely didn't put carpet freshener.

Location and room was great! Staff was very friendly and willing to help.

One of our shower drains was completely clogged, so we couldn’t use that shower at all. The tub up with so much water. One of the toilet handles didn’t work that well either.

the room was spacious and perfect for a family to spread out. great breakfast. staff was courteous and location great. outdoor space was very nice

pool area was lacking - shower broke in the area and was staying running for two days even after staff was told - pool was supposed to be heated but chilly and no towels available

Breakfast was good. Hot options (eggs, sausage and waffles) as well as cereal, pastries and fruit. Area was very clean and staff cleaned it constantly during the breakfast hours. Room was spacious, full kitchen, large fridge, separate sitting area with t.v. and separate bedroom with another t.v. Bed was comfortable. Room clean. Loved the courtyard which most hotels don't provide. It was nice to be able to sit outside and not in your room all the time. Front desk staff very nice and friendly.

Would loved to have a fire pit in the courtyard for night. Not a lot to do in the immediate area but we found a nice coffee shop and restaurant not too far down the road.
