Typical Country Inn and Suites. Easy access to and from I-94. Clean, room was comfortable and in good condition, friendly staff, usual breakfast offerings. Nothing memorable but then nothing to criticize. We’d be quite satisfied staying here again.

Fast check in and they were ready for us. We got in late and checked out very early.

The TV didn't work in room 213. The bfast at 7.30 was nice but it was odd to see the staff helping themselves to the food at the front...never experienced that before. Why is the cereal bowl SUPER SMALL with a very long handle spoon? There was no Swiss miss hot chocolate

The Whole Front Desk Saff is super great, always welcoming and nice and Michelle is the first one who helped us when we checked in and she is great and cannot forget Zack and all he has done for our stay Housekeeping and breakfast staff also great they do have a good staff from A to Z thanks for making our family feel welcome

The hotel has a gym and a pool also breakfast in the morning. The staff was really friendly. Fairly close to the beach. Very good price.

Our room wasn't the cleanest. The fridge had someone's leftover stuff in it. One of the mattresses had a huge stain on it. The shower had hair in the bottom of it. We also took out son to the pool and there were 3 young unsupervised kids in there, spitting in the pool and pulling the lifesavers in the water, not caring about anyone else in the pool.

I like everything

I only got the chance to go to the pool once and when I was in the pool with my sister I didn’t like how there was a family that pretty much were being rude and didn’t let us swim, so we were only there for about 3-5 minutes and we went back to our room, because we didn’t like how they were treating us.

The staff was exceptional. I was greeted and immediately assisted with graciousness. A slight glitch was corrected with ease and I felt so comfortable and welcomed. I didn't catch her name, but she is to be commended for exceptional grace.

I would have like to have an extra blanket in the room. I wasn't able to locate one.

Our key cards stopped working the second day, not sure if that’s how the hotel does things or they’re system was just messed up temporarily. The staff at the front desk was able to resolve the issue right away though! The entrance sign is small and not well light, haha we drove around in circles trying to find the place at first!

Michelle has great customer service and professionalism! Very helpful & friendly , Rosie and Roy and the crew each shift are great too ! My son really enjoyed his Birthday weekend and I wanted to give a lil appreciation! Thank you all ❤️🫶🏽

False advertising online

Full breakfast and was very nice. Bed was comfortable. King sized bed room was a suite so was roomy.

Both televisions in the room did not work. Carpet in the room was somewhat wet. Customers in the next room did not respect quite hours, ran from room to room. Could hear the traffic from 1-94.

I like that the roomwas clean, the breakfast was good, the front staff and the meal staff were both friendly and helpful.

When we 1st called to make reservations, the front desk said there were no rooms available. However, when we went online it showed that rooms were available so we booked online.
