it was nice and clean and the breakfast spread was decent.

didnt care for the bathroom door- it was a barn door/ sliding style and it was loud and there were gaps that let a lot of light out when it closed which made it difficult to not wake up the other guest in the room when i went for a middle of the night bathroom break. Other than than everything was great and no complaints.

it was very nice and cosy. the staff were nice. it was very quite in our room and didn’t have any issues with people being loud

had a couple issues when we were trying to swim seeing that was mostly the purpose of us booking at this hotel seeing it had a big pool and a hot tub. some kids were being loud a couple of times. went to the front desk and told them about it and the issues were resolved right away.

Facilities are beautiful, clean and well maintained. Room was surprisingly luxurious and comfortable. Building is safe, easy to maneuver and close to downtown.

It was a little difficult to figure out how to enter the building upon arrival. It would have been super helpful if welcome email mentioned the need to enter the parking ramp, park, use the elevator and proceed to the lobby on the third floor to check in.

Breakfast was OK. They need to step up the quality of the eggs and sausage. Sausage is too spicy. Eggs tasted bland. Waffles were great though.

We asked the receptionist to have our room cleaned at Day#2 and no one ever showed up. They said that the reason why is because they were short staffed given the holiday weekend. Not acceptable.

The whole floor I stayed on actually smelled like weed. It was pretty bad. Other than that it was really good! And that I contacted booking.com about price difference due to hospital lodging (best price match guarantee) and I still have not heard anything in return nor have I received any monies back. I am TRULY hoping they honor this and will reimburse me but we'll see.

Beautiful clean facilities, very comfortable bed, nice view, close to venues. Very nice hot tub and pool. Kind staff to check in and out.

Breakfast was terrible. I thought we were getting a hot breakfast. Eggs and hash browns were cold. No meat. No biscuits. Oatmeal was cold. Ancient waffle machine. Wouldn't turn and no alarm for when complete. I was shocked at this being at such a nice hotel.

Clean, quiet & comfortable. The complimentary breakfast wasn't the best we've ever had but it was good. It is close to Helen DeVos Children's Hospital which is why we chose this hotel. It took about 5 mins to get to the hospital from the hotel even with morning traffic.

The 1st time you go there the layout is confusing because the hotel lobby is on 3rd floor and the 1st two levels are the parking garage. After you understand the design concept, it is fine and actually makes a lot of sense. It isn't "bad" just unlike what we were used to for a hotel.

pull out couch had some hair on it. needed new linens for it and then we were ok. was supposed to have a double queen suite but instead they only had a king suite. thankfully our work group was closer and didn’t mind sharing a bed.

Our room was very clean when we arrived. The set up with kitchenette (sink/microwave/mini refrigerator/coffee maker). Having a sofa and sofa table to set things on. Having a desk area with chair. The king-size bed was very comfortable! The bathroom had closed toilet area for privacy! The black-out drapes were great!! Loved the pool and hot-tub!!

Very clean and staff were very nice and accommodating. Our kids loved that the pool was open, parents loved the hot tub. Due to Covid requirements we had to schedule 30 minutes to use the pool. This was actually really great, just us. The room was very clean, had a “seal” on the door advising of the advanced sanitizing done. Breakfast was okay. Understand that a traditional breakfast buffet is not appropriate due to Covid, we were cool with grab and go food. The Omelette Shop is within walking distance which we were VERY tempted by. Will definitely stay again!

$16 parking wasn’t wonderful but we understood.
