The hot tub was out of commission, the swimming pool was a little too cold n the microwave wasn’t in the room, the other one a little to small to be in dining area in my opinion. y’all should get Like a regular size one wit like 1100 watts to heat food better. Elevator a tad small.

The location was convenient. Front desk staff were helpful. As an older property, the rooms were more insulated and quieter than newer properties.

The pool wasn’t open. The breakfast area wasn’t really well monitored. Trash cans were overflowing at times.

African American women who took care of the kitchen/dining area was exceptional. She was cheery, on the spot and cleaning up consistently. She was so very friendly to all. Wish I knew her name to give her the credit she deserves.

The hot breakfast was exceptional. The staff person kept items stocked and was pleasant. The room was a good size. Location was good. Bed was comfortable.

Needs some updating. We stayed 3 nights and first night needed to ask for another set of towels as only was one for 2 people. Also had no soap in the bathroom. The front desk staff did bring it in a timely manner.

the room smelled very nice when I first checked in. the room was nice, good service, the location was nice too. only a 5-10 minute drive to eat or go shopping in Woodbury. also a nice spot outside to hang out and sit for some fresh air when needed.

The pillows were amazing. Wow. The breakfast exceeded expectations. So glad they did a hot breakfast with so many options.

The toiletries (paper, Kleenex and soaps) were subpar, like not good. The place was dingy, yes old (only 1 elevator) but the rooms just seemed dingy.

Disappointed there was no ice machine, each motel should have at least 2 ice machines (if not more) depending on the number of rooms/floors. Pool was not open due to no chemical person todo chemicals.

We found 2 bugs while we were there. Didn't know what kind of bugs they were. I think they were bugs off the trees.

The exercise facilities didn't match the online photos... certain equipment options shown online were not available or even existed... the hot tub was not functioning
