Motel 6-Saint Paul, MN - I-94

The overall location was good even though the exact location was fair

Even though I checked in late the people at the front desk seemed to be preoccupied rather than to help me check in and to point out which way was my room then as I mentioned I checked in late someone (front fest, housekeeping) knocked on my door before it was time to check out and asked me if I was leaving. I said I was in the process, she said she would be back in 5 minutes even though it wasn’t 11 even in 5 minutes, I had just closed the door when she knocked again “it’s almost 12!” Not according to my iPhone. “Yes it is!! I’ll go get my phone!” She did and she apologized but the attitude that I got at first was hard to make up for.

Friendly night staff the young man training the young lady was exceptionally friendly and very helpful.

The morning front desk lady was very short and not very friendly and I stopped in lobby to call my rude and she snipped you can’t sit there because of COVID. Everywhere else I’ve stayed at let masked patrons reorganize and make calls before going outside into to the rain. I more than likely will not be back to that property as someone was bounding on a four at 4 an fir almost an hour. And one evening a guy who appeared to be very high pounded on my door just as I arrived and wanted to buy some drugs. I walk him to the elevator but he did nit get on with me so I went to lobby which was very busy so I walked up the side stairwell and was able to avoid him on my way back into my room.

there’s no card access to side doors for guess, that way no rocks to hold door open like some guess do

I love everything definitely. The blue shirts,them guys on thay job. Thay are the best . Oh let's not forget about Chad he handle everything well. Rodney & Eric them guys rocks 🅿️ great job

It's nothing I didn't like . Everything all good

There’s certain things you can’t do at hotels. The staff does an excellent job at making sure these guidelines are followed! Very professional in making sure you know what those are.(it doesn’t matter who you are no favoritism). The staff day and night are always very busy at work. Making sure things are going right! I never seen not one time any employee slacking…. They always working very hard as a team!

Staff are all extremely nice and helpful.

I understand the luxury of being tranquil and although people are noisy we all are the noise that I heard during my stay was exceptionally minimal aside from heavy walk walkers who walk heal the toe heal the toe boom boom boom when they step but other than that I stay over and over again and recommended it to many many many many many many people

The treatment by the staff was exceptional the only thing I had a problem with was the commode in the bathroom it would not flush down completely so sometimes I'd have to punch it other than that my stay was wonderful

Clean, comfy

I didn’t like the fact that I stayed in this hotel for several weeks and my housekeeper never not once check to see if I needed towels, linens, I had to ask front desk for items I needed

everybody was so nice. my card didn’t work to my room I figured cause I had it by my phone I went down and told them they took care of it with no problem

there was no mini fridge in the room but it was okay we ended up getting a bag that helps ur food stay cold.

Chad Rodney Eric sh ay and Sandra for all great they're very courteous helpful and went out their way to make me comfortable thanks a lot guys.

The staff and security and the managers are all wonderful. My son and I feel comfortable safe and happy here thank you everyone.
