Sealed rooms were awesome, it was quite and nice, the bathrooms are AMAZING. My wife loved the mirrors and decorations.

Breakfast and service was amazing. Hotel staff were friendly and kind. Room was clean and comfortable once adjusted climate control. Free Water in lobby was nice. Free cookies available on request at front desk. Sitting area spacious in lobby. Had laundry facilities and nice ironing board in room.

Restaurant was closed second night and it was not expected. Business center was hard to use. Pool area was in remote isolated location so felt a little scared using by myself. Coffee was always empty in lobby when attempted to get a cup.

The welcome cookie was amazing! Also the front desk lady was very nice even though we got in late and there were surprisingly a lot of guests around the lobby. I liked the modern touches to the decoration of the hotel also.

I thought that the room could have been a little more clean, especially in the bathroom and tiled entryway to our room. I could see shoe prints on the floor in what I am guessing was the dry-down from the cleaning solution. It made me not want to walk barefoot on the floor.

The staff was amazing and helpful after we arrived to find Booking.com had overbooked the acessible rooms, they say that you guys keep selling rooms even though they are not available…the double tree saved the situation caused by Booking.com

Friendly staff, clean rooms. Free Shuttle which ran from 7 am to 11 pm, if traveling within 10 miles from hotel. Coffee out at 4 am every morning with a wide choices of creamers. Clean laundry room, fitness center. Good quality stay with soft beds.

Pool was closed due to maintenance issues, but we we’re given a discount for the inconvenience at checkout

The hot water system! It wasn't the best, but was resolved.

Hotel and rooms were extremely clean, beds were very comfortable and location was convenient. We would definitely stay again.

Could use more accessible outlets. The outlet between the 2 beds did not work so we had to charge phones and electronics in an outlet across the room, which would only accommodate 2 at a time. A minor inconvenience, it all worked out.

Beautiful rooms! Super clean, smelled good while walking in the hallways. Front staff were super nice and helpful. I don't remember her name, but shout out to lady who drove us to and from the Blink 182 concert in the shuttle!! Super friendly and it was nice not having to worry about an Uber.

They offered us warm cookies when we checked in. They provided a shuttle bus to drop off and pick up at our event at the Xcel Energy Center. Very convenient!

The restaurant wasn't open all day. They were short staffed, were out of several menu items. That could have been a better experience.

I like the cleanliness of the hotel. It was peaceful. The bed were comfortable. When I first came in, the room was really clean and neat. Staff seems respectful and polite. I was at a higher floor level so it was nice seeing the view but it was just the parking lot lol.

When I left the sign, "do not disturb," I did expected my room to be clean but when I came back, the room was still the same and it was not clean. I don't know if it's because I didn't know the new rules of them not cleaning rooms due to COVID or it was something else. When I did first arrive, the room was colder and it seem like it was NOT room temperature. It's not super bad about the temperature but just pointing it out there.
