Location great. Amenities great.

We were not notified that we needed cards to eat breakfast as price was included in stay. Another couple had paid for their breakfast 2 days in a row stating they thought it was included. We had to inform them to go to front desk to get voucher. Also upon checkout I was surprised with a $22 parking fee which apparently I was notified about. This should have been more obvious. We can choose the nights, amount of people, etc. It should then ask if you need to park a car to add that to total. These two things soured my stay and view of hotel.

Really liked that there was a restaurant/bar in the facility. we were able to grab a bite and a beer before our evening hockey game.

The restaurant/bar was closed because of the weather on day 2. There was a breakfast area, but at check in, we were told it served until 10, nope apparently it was 9. Made it difficult to get any food. Probably won’t recommend anyone stay here in the winter, as it closes down food availability, unless you plan on bringing your own food. We had to go to eat at another hotel’s restaurant. I wonder how they could be open and our’s wasn’t?.

Everything!! The staff was super friendly and helpful, I had a very clean and comfortable room, a really nice hot shower, a very comfortable bed. and a really awesome view of downtown St Paul, I highly recommend it to anyone!! I was in town for my last Minnesota Wild game of the season and I was within walking distance of the Xcel Energy Center and that was the best part!!

Nothing I didn't like, I would have stayed longer if it was possible

The cookies and water at check-in were a nice touch. The room was spacious and updated. My daughter loved the comfy sitting chair. Parking was easy. I appreciated the nice people that checked us in.

The toilet leaked. The emergency alarm system went off for 20 minutes at 12:30 am and no one bothered explaining anything to us. The woman at check out wasn't very nice.

Friendly workers at check-in. We loved the warm cookies & bottles of water. Our room was clean and bed was comfortable.

I requested to be right next to elevator and room was further down the hallway. Parking is very expensive. We were told to submit our ticket at front desk for a discount but did not receive discount.

I really like how when you first check-in, right away they gave us water and a cookie. I never had that happen before. I also like the set up of the rooms, very nice. Also, it was nice that they had a skywalk way to the xcel energy center.

I didn't like the wings at the restaurant there, but that might just be because I am from Buffalo, NY. I also didn't like that there was no shuttle.

I liked being able to walk every where we needed, but I was a bit disappointed that there was not a hot tub nor a complimentary breakfast since I've stayed at cheaper hotels which have had both, other then that I had no complaints and would stay there again

The room was nice. The pool was nice. And the breakfast was nice.

All 3 of the elevators to get into the rooms shake on their way up and down. I'm not sure why this would happen. Maybe it's a normal thing, but I feel like I've been on a lot of elevators. Never has one shaken like that. Also the fridge in the room was super loud.

The gentleman at check in was awesome, such a nice and friendly fella! Parking was easy. The room was clean and had a cute little coffee area.

There has obviously been water damage at some point and you could see that on the ceiling. The power button on the TV remote didn't want to work, but after some time it finally did.

everything but the rate. the day before the price was $109 plus upgrades. Larger room, free parking and free breakfast.

the fact that you quoted me a rate of $140 not including all the up charge taxes etc and i as charged $162 plus all the up charge taxes etc. that spoils it for me using booking.com in the future.
