Everything was well kept and very clean. The room was very nice, well equipped and the bed was really comfortable. The staff was great and super friendly. Yosef checked me in and he was amazing. I liked that it had. restaurant which I went to twice. Jorge was great and remembered my order the second time I went and had a real nice conversation with him. I enjoyed the breakfast and the variety. It was close to the clinic o was visiting and a short drive to and from the airport. I would highly recommend it.

The $15 parking fee was a surprise. when I booked with the site I used I filtered for free parking and this hotel was on the list. It was still worth the stay.

The place is great, clean, and has multiple complementary services. Would definitely come back.

These are the reasons why I didn’t give it 10: - The staff in check-in was grumpy for some reason no smiling or welcoming and talked without looking to me as a robot. Tbh, this can give a very bad initial impression, I travel a lot and never got similar interactions. However, on checkout and during my stay, all other staff were welcoming. - The bathroom door is a sliding door that does NOT lock, it may be ok for some people, but when you have a toddler, one of the adults should guard the door.

The staff was extremely friendly and attentive, from the front desk to the custodian to the buffet workers. everyone was so pleasant and helpful. The hotel was clean and organized. The room was perfect. Comfy bed, spacious, refrigerator and microwave, 2 tvs, beautiful bathroom and awesome shower! The view from our room was nice too! The hotel also supplied a play pen which was perfect for our baby! We requested late checkout and they accommodated it with no issue. It was just a perfect experience all around.

I stayed one night and had to be up early the next day for a conference . I didn't really use any of the hotel amenities or eat breakfast. I was pleased with the set up , cleanliness and ample space3 in the room.

The staff was fairly remote. I didn't see much of them. Walked right past a staff member a few times and didn't get a "hi" or even a smile from them. But I am pretty understanding about that too . I used to do customer service., I get it !

it’s such a beautiful property and always very clean. Jeremy is the nicest guy to check us in. We love that it’s pet friendly. The pool and hot tub are both very big and nice. Complimentary afternoon meal with drinks are awesome. The fleece blanket for the couch bed is the most comfy blanket. Good coffee.

Staying on a Saturday night proved to be very busy with a lot of riff raff. Our entire hallway wreaked of pot. They could use some extra staff on these nights. The towels in the pool area were gone each time we tried to swim. The food is a nice option to have but it’s definitely not very tasty. We tried eating breakfast but ended up going out to eat for food that actually tasted good.

My daughter needed personal hygiene items at midnight. Nothing was available in the pantry. Nothing was available in the public restroom. I had to drive to an unknown area in the dark to find what we needed. Half of your clients are female. This should be a standard item available for purchase. I was also unhappy that they charged me $14 for parking but there was not a parking spot so I had to pay to park in the lot next to it. 

The location was prime for what we needed, the staff was friendly, the hotel was clean and pristine, we enjoyed the on site kitchen and bar, as well as the kickback bar and snacks. All the amenities were listed out to us when we first checked in and I feel we were very, very well taken care of. I actually told my friend staying with me that if I could get that good a deal on the room every time, that would be the only place I ever stay when in the Twin Cities.

My only complaint at this time, about anything at all, is the fact that I was told the incidental card hold would be removed right away, or at least at check out, but it still hasn't been released back to my card 24 hours after check out. No one has called to say there was something wrong with my check out or any aspect of my stay with them caused them to hold it longer or need it for some reason. That money is officially all I have left in my account, which i planned to come home from this trip with low funds anyway, but when you're told by one person helping you that it'll be released right away, and overhear another receptionist telling someone it gets released right after the check out is completed, but neither of those things happened for me..?

Location was adequate for daily commute to Mitchell Hamline. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. I would definately stay here again. I loved the dogs. Missed mine.

tables in lobby could be cleaned more often. dinner meals were colder, even though I was there early. Bartenders in the resturaunt a bit pushy. Lots of children swimming.

I liked the reception better than the breakfast. I would have liked bacon or ham better than sausage. I only had fruit and granola. The servers were depleted. Would have liked honey for tea. A little better quality would be nice.

I asked for a quiet room away from elevator…. They gave me one by elevator, parking lot and freeway. But to be fair…. It was pretty quiet. I could hear someone vacuuming upstairs at 8am…. Not cool. Paid lot parking? Come on!

clean updated rooms, friendly employees

We were first given room 221, right above the pool. The screaming children in the pool were loud in the hotel room. We asked the front desk for a different room and Trent? was very friendly and helpful, we even discussed the ducks that previously resided in the hotel. Room 607 was very nice and we enjoyed our time. we would have preferred room service vs take out from the restaurant, but the wings pizza and chocolate cake were all good.
