I thought the breakfast was weak, when it stated that breakfast was included in our package I thought that would mean a hot breakfast line, not two hot dishes like eggs one way and sausage or cold ham as the other option. The biscuits were cold and it just seemed thrown together.

It should have been explained to me at check in that you need to request for your room To be serviced in your absence. When I called the front desk she told me it was by reservation only. So i had to ask for new towels, toiletries and kleenex and toilet paper. I understand its the end if covid, so people entering hour room was kept to a minimum; but why not state that at check in. As after a day out on the town you’d like to come back to a garbage free and made up hotel room.

Clean and comfortable rooms. Easy check in, very private. No access to garage unless you have key card and same with elevators and stairs so it's extremely safe. Breakfast changes daily and offers a variety of foods. Accomodations for my dog so that's a plus. Within walking distance of multiple restaurants/bars.

I enjoyed everything about my stay nothing that I didn't like.

The hotel was very nice and clean! Everyone was so helpful and very welcoming! The shower water pressure was amazing! We had the "studio" hotel room, which was very spacious and came with a desk, fridge, closet, storage, couch, large movable tv, and microwave. The TV showed us local restaurants nearby and had a lot of good resources of information. Our bed was probably the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on, and it was very large for two people to sleep in comfortably. The garage was an extra 20 a night, but it was worth it due to the location and accessibility. The hotel location was really nice because you are close to walk to coffee shops, restaurants and bars, yet you are a 10-15 minute drive to anywhere in the city! Really enjoyed our stay!

Nothing, it was perfect!

My fiancé and I were going to a concert and planned to stay at this hotel for 2 nights. Unfortunately on our way there, we got stuck in a blizzard and couldn't make it for the first night of our reservation. When I called to tell them that we wouldn't be making it, I told them I just wanted to ensure we could still have the hotel room the second night. They said they would reimburse me for the first night and keep my reservation for the second night! I had prepaid for the room and honestly wasn't expecting to get my money back for the first night we were supposed to stay there. Staff was so friendly and helpful! This hotel is also in a great location with tons of restaurants and breweries easily within walking distance.

The front desk worker that's from WI was extremely kind and gave very useful information about the hotel. The room had neat features like the view, walk-in closet, and big bathroom. A friend that stayed on the sofa bed said that it was surprisingly comfy. The breakfast was good. The bartender on the night of Cinco de Mayo was very outgoing and friendly.

The security of the hotel made it feel really safe. The staff made us very informed and comfortable. The room was nice and had a really nice view.

Nice and personable staff, clean/updated rooms and lobby, loved the secured parking garage with direct indoor access to the hotel.

The room didn’t get as cool as I would have liked, but it was 90+ degrees while we stayed so I suppose the ac did the best it could. It wasn’t uncomfortable, I just like it icy cool when I sleep. Speaking of sleep, the bed was very uncomfortable, much too hard for me. But again, that mostly a personal preference.

I didn't have breakfast there, because I am a night owl and didin't intend to get up in time. I knew that in advance though, and brought my own food. The mini fridge was a good size for the two days' worth of prepped meals I brought. When considering that, however, the reader should know that by two days' worth, I mean two quart-size tupperwares and two mason jars. The microwave would have been handy if I'd needed to heat anything, but the food I brought was meant to be eaten cold. The room was very sizeable for one person. Two people, especially a couple, would be just as comfortable. Three or even more might be okay if you planned on spending plenty of time outside of the room. I liked the view--didn't bother me that a lot of rooftops were included. I enjoyed seeing the greenery in the distance, steeples of nearby churches, and the picturesque streets with traffic going up and down. The air conditioning was great, and completely under my control. There were shades across the great big floor to ceiling window that were thin enough to let me see through them and enjoy the sun, but made me feel secure, as well as blackout drapes to draw across it at night. Everything was meticulously clean, modern, and comfortable with clean lines. Even the body lotion and hand soap smelled wonderful! Overall a great place to staycation and beat the heat for a few days.

I wish there were more options of on site meals at different times of the day, and the water in the shower didn't get very hot. Further, the television was positioned awkwardly. If you had more than two people who weren't comfortable all squeezing onto the bed, it would be hard to find an angle at which they could all watch television together. Also, the woman who checked me in was very proficient and professional at her job, and seemed that she could and would answer any question one might have, but I wouldn't describe her voice or countenance as warm or welcoming.

Check in was easy, room was clean, modern, and well kept. Parking is plentiful though I chose to park across the street there is a ramp in the hotel itself which costs a bit more. There are snacks in the lobby, which was great for late night. I like the area near the breakfast bar as there is lots of seating and even some outdoor options.

I didn't like the desk area in the room. This is purely personal preference and not something 'wrong' per se. The only other thing was that the breakfast area was very busy and the staff were having a bit of trouble keeping everything stocked so certain things would be out periodically and you'd have to wait for them to bring the next batch.

The design of rooms is cool, and the bed was super comfy. A woman working at breakfast was incredibly helpful and nice. I went to see Swede Hollow, Indian Mounds Park, and W. St Paul.

Breakfast was weird - corndogs? or whatever they were. Otherwise OK. Obviously, sad that corona limited everything. I didn't like paying extra for parking. View was a parking garage.

Very nice place! Clean lobby and pool area (was always stocking fresh towels, as it was so busy! Thank you!) Liked that it was secure, needed a key to use elevator, entrances, and parking ramp. Liked that there was a parking ramp on site. Will definitely stay here again!

Housekeeping came every other day. Would have been nice to just get the towels and garbage taken from the rooms.
