The room was big, beautiful and very usefull.

Either the Hotel or Booking.com snuck in a $59 cleaning fee where no cleaning was performed. I consider that a fraudulent charge and, even though the amount is small, I will never use Booking.com or this hotel again unless the charge is resolved. I am in the process of filing a complaint with the Minnesota Secretary of State pursuant to the State's Consumer Protection Act.

Rooms were clean, spacious, well provisioned and outfitted, and quiet! Our King bed was very comfortable. I enjoyed having a luggage cart available and direct access to the parking lot and Mayo skyway system without valet service or daily maid service, tho I can understand not all would feel that way—and perhaps in severe need situations they had a solution available. The cost was very affordable and the elevators along gave you a feeling of being in grand elegance! 5 stars (out of 5 from us). we never used the gym or pool area but they appeared nice too. we previously stayed at the Kahler and Marriott hotels which, in my view don’t compare at all favorably to the Broadway Plaza (by Wyndham).

There was no food service offerings in the hotel and the instructions for getting their wifi up and running were inadequate. There were many places to eat nearby but a new arrival would have absolutely no idea of what food or quality they offered or how to get there via indoor skyways or hours of operation; a simple list of the closest establishments by distance from the desk or type or price of food would be helpful—not limited to places that advertise to get on the list!

There were nice decorative details, very spacious and lots of closet space for an extended stay. The kitchen was very well stocked and great views from the rooms. There were many parking options and the nighly price was acceptable but it would be better to have a pss or multiple entries allowed during the day with front desk validation.

Housekeeping only comes once a week, that could improve. It was har de regulate the temperature in one room and there should be a trash chute or way of disposing of excess bags since room service is not daily. The washer and dryer combo was old and not very functional. Very small loads could be made and took hours to be complete. That needs an upgrade to be at par with the rest of the hotel and its services.

The locating was great, we were close to the Clinic, the skyways and subway were easy to use and close for the Dr. and lab test. Parking was near.

We had issues with handicap needs. Even after the staff being very accommodating and changed our room the handicap tub/shower was too high and not wide enough for the shower seat we brought. The grab bars were nice. Pictures were easily miss undéstood.

This is the perfect location to access the Mayo Clinic downtown area. It was a 4 minute walk with a wheelchair (provided free by the clinic) No meals were provided and thats what we wanted. Very spacious. Great.

A replacement for the dishwasher would be a good and small investment. It did work however.

The full kitchen equipped with dishes, cooking utensils, and pots and pans; very comfortable bed; proximity to the hospital; helpfulness of staff.

Sofa was very uncomfortable; parking in the attached ramp was expensive.

We stayed about 10 days while visiting the Mayo Clinic. We enjoyed the spacious living room and the fairly well-equipped kitchen so we did not have to take our meals in restaurants. The hotel is easy to reach and is about 10-15 minute's walk from the Mayo Clinic.

The few staff members were friendly but the property is more apartment than hotel. This means we received new linens etc. after about 5 days' stay.

Everything. They have the qiblah direction and Arabic TV channels. And Quran. The restroom has the bedeh shattaf. The staff were very friendly and smiling. The location was perfect.
