Parking. Some noise was later discovered it was just a door slamming shut the slowdown mechanism on the door must be getting shot doors are not supposed to free slam but close quickly with a very short slowdown to avoid doors slamming. Lastly it was storming the day we were there and the cable satellite streaming whatever was in and out a lot

Hot and cold breakfast options were ample. Coffee was much better than I expected it would be. Room size was adequate and appreciated having a sink outside the bathroom as well as inside the bathroom. Also, having a refrigerator and microwave was quite convenient.

The channels available on the television were limited and the none were in HD. The hallway from our room to the next hallway (which was still a long distance from the front desk) was cold.

The location was great for our trip, good price and the pool was a bonus for the kids. The connected restaurant was also an unexpected surprise. The rooms were beautiful, clean, and large enough to set up our pack n play without getting crowded.

Only complaint was our one request for a bed to be remade after an accident wasn’t taken care of. They said they would make it and after being out all day we came back to it as we left it and had to make it ourselves. Not a huge deal but annoying nonetheless

There was no one staffed at the front desk in the morning during check out time. Fortunately, a housekeeping staff member stopped to see if I needed help. I simply had a question which she was able to answer. Also, door #1 was not available for access from the outside. I kept getting told they were doing maintenance on it. It was out of commission for 3 days. Guests may have appreciated a sign on the outside of the door stating, “No access temporarily”.

Staff was very polite, loved that there was a texting option for comment or service needs.

Room was a bit more damaged than expected. All cosmetic. Did not affect the stay. Scrapes/paint missing on the walls, there’s a spot that looked like someone fell and dented the wall, door frame to the bathroom appeared to have been kicked in at some point. And the toilet seat was very loose.

The size of the room was amazing. we did not use the breakfast or pool rooms. Very comfortable beds. When we had items missing from the room, staff responded quickly.

Plumbing caused problems so we mentioned this on checkout and expect they took care of it for the next guest.

Room was very nice. Location good. We asked for a quiet room away from pool on second floor and that was done for us. Breakfast was very good as was the resultant right along side the Radisson. Staff was friendly. The only problem we had and didn’t realize it until much later after check-in that the room darkening curtains were not usable, we had only the sheers which were very sheer. There was a dark heavy like curtain on one side of the patio door, but it wasn’t usable. In fact, it was only about 2 feet wide. It had nowhere to slide to keep out the parking lot tall lights and the morning sun. I’ve never seen that at a Radisson and we are members. It was too late to complain and they way this looked, it was suppose to be like that. The underside had no curtain Rod to move it but it didn’t matter because there was no complete curtain there. We thought this is how it’s done in MN. So we had to tolerate the inconvenience and a poor night of sleep. I did receive an email yesterday after filling out the form on how are stay was and received back from Raddison that all rooms should have full room darkening curtains we got one that didn’t! Therefore, not a restful night sleep and morning woke us up at sunrise when we could have slept another 3 hours or so. I would not go back if this isn’t fixed. In that email they said they would check out that room on why it has no workable room darkening curtain.

Need room darkening curtains…all it had were very sheer sheets!

Pool is nice, parking is all around facility so car close to room, right by a caribou coffee.

Sofa bed had no blankets and there were none in the room. Some entry doors from outside to facility did not work, front desk said "those doors have been broken." No usb plugs in room.

Breakfast was awesome, biggest thing for me on biz trips, along with location near job site. The job was with 3M, so you have great location.

The biggest downside was wifi signal was poor, you could work on better coverage or add wired network plug in (RJ-45 network patch cable connection for your technical people). The pool had an outage, but they got it working again fast. I'm disappointed the jacuzzi was roped off, but that's life. Oh, and get the dryer onsite fixed for laundry!

a whole lot of spots to park when you’re there. the design is nice as well.

as a tall person who is 6’4 I had a bad experience with that the fact is the room they put me in was a handicap accessible room. and since the room was not meant for people my height the bathroom but particularly the shower was a terrible experience. also the room had fruit flys coming out of the sink
