Holiday Inn Express St. Paul South - Inver Grove Heights, an IHG Hotel

Stayed for a week, was nice to see something different for breakfast most mornings with good selections and quick restocking when something ran out. Stacey, the breakfast room attendant, was outstanding! We looked forward to his cheerful greeting each morning!

I liked the good strong flow of the shower, but the drain was slow to keep up with it.

We had my son's first bday party ladie at the desk got a room for me for same price when my reservation wasn't ready that was awesome and the guy that works in the breakfast area in the morning needs a raise he was awesome helped me out so much and was really respectful awsome guy

Every single Staff member we talked to or was passing in the halls was exceptionally nice. It was so refreshing, everyone was helpful and kind.

Fan in 2 queen room hardly worked. Both rooms the alarm clocks were set funny and would alarm at very random times. No way to unplug and to unset the alarm was complicated especially at 2am, 3am ect.

breakfasts was good choices and a lot of variety! loved the PANCAKE MAKER never seen one like that it makes itself that’s a plus!but overall my stay was great and workers were all super polite and helpful

only thing to say is about ice machine only being on 1st floor! it’ll be nice to have on all floors so don’t have to go all the way down

The location was convenient and had ample parking. We liked the hot breakfast options and how quickly the cook replenished the food with a friendly smile. Housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful. Close proximity to a theatre and restaurant with good food.

The bathroom fan was not working.

The facility and staff were amazing!!! Quite honestly I stayed here vs. another chain that I usually use for the multiple times I travel because they actually had the REAL breakfast and pool/hot tub open since the COVID, they did an great job with safety, cleanliness, and how kind and friendly they all were....I wish I would have gotten all of their names to acknowledge them all!!! Great team!!! I will definately be back for all my visits!!

The breakfast was very nice. It was kept clean and full.

We were giving a handicap room for deaf and the noise was terrible. I had booked a room with 2 beds but a king was ok if we didn’t have all the noise from the shower above our room at 6:30 and 1:30 am

The room was large and clean.

There were no instructions on how to use the TV remote. When I tried to call the front desk the room phone didn’t work. I had to use my cell phone to call the front desk and his instructions on how to use the remote control were kind of vague. My stay would’ve been excellent had I been able to work the TV remote

Breakfast was awesome, very good variety, staff was especially helpful and friendly!!

Parking was extremely limited at certain times of the day due to the neighboring restaurant.

I love staying here. The rooms are nice and clean and I love the fact that there is shampoo, conditioner and shower gel pumps in the shower so I don’t have to bother packing any or try to get it to come out of the tiny bottles other hotels offer. They are actually still offering breakfast and the pool is open for 10 people Max when other hotels aren’t. I really appreciate that.

I can’t think of anything I disliked.
