My husband and I booked with your hotel for the weekend because we were taking our grandchild to the zoo nearby. The room was very comfortable and well stocked and the staff was very friendly. One of the morning chefs even made my granddaughter pancakes because she didn't want the waffles. That extra stuff meant a lot.
The hot tub was completely cemented in apparently at least a year ago and that is still listed as something on the website as a plus. Also we could hear the traffic from the interstate outside our window but it wasn't horrible so it was something we can live with. Overall I was very happy

The hotel was very clean and the staff are all nice and friendly. All the staff including guest wore mask. I made a note to provide extra towels and a extra cover just to see if they would actually read and complete my request. No the items where not in the room but at check in the staff did confirm my note and by the time I gathered my things from the car and returned the items where in my room. I would definitely book again!
One of the housekeeping staff entered my room without knocking even with the do not disturb sign up. Me and my fiancee was lien in bed and she just back out without even an apology the most uncomfortable experience ever! First time that has ever happened to me not even a motel staff worker entered without knocking.

The staff was very kind and helpful. The man that checked us in was a delight.
The pool and hot tub have been shut down for a year, and will be until further notice. Booking did not make that clear. We got a double queen room. Only one of the beds linens had been changed. The others were covered in dried food. From the top sheet down to the mattress cover.

The gentleman who checked us in gave our family such a warm welcome that it felt almost as if we were being invited to sit on the porch and enjoy a cup of sweet tea! All of the staff was very kind, considerate and professional. Everything was clean, and the room was comfortable and spacious. We would definitely stay again.
