Renaissance St. Louis Airport Hotel

pools was nice

when we checked into our room the sheets was stained with blood and the walls was dirty and the shower door was broken it wouldn’t stay closed . went to management he acted like he was to busy to deal with my family and told the woman that was first helping me to just give us free breakfast and we asked for new sheets and had to make the beds ourselves because they said they didn’t have house keeping and so at checkout asked to speak to manager again and he wasn’t there yet so woman took my name an number down and told us we should get money off room and she would have him call us . well he never did .

Excellent work on the part of the staff and food in your cafeteria. The room was excellent in roominess, the bed was comfortable,the bathroom was well organized and clean, and I was glad that you had a refrigerator and iron and ironing board. Good job on your hotel!!!

Your staff did such an excellent job in making our stay there so pleasant that I can’t think of anything more you can improve on. Great job by all the workers there including the ones who worked at cleaning the rooms.

The stay was very comfortable and convenient. It was the perfect stay after the airport. Everyone was so wonderful to us. Check in and out was very swift and easy. They came and got our luggage from our room and loaded it onto the shuttle. The gentleman talked with us while we waited and we found out he had worked there over 30 years, he definitely deserves a raise.

Our only issue was that people were loud outside our room most of the night, but the hotel did let us know that that is something that can be called into the front desk and they will handle it.

It was close to everything ,nice rooms and clean there's a bar, restaurant and two pool areas we were very happy with our stay .

Housekeeping don't clean the rooms and you have to go request towels when they only give a daily amount.

The breakfast is simple and nice. I’m not a fan of strong coffee but adding a little water will help. Because of Covid-19’s, the area setup is better.

I’ve stayed here before many times in the past and in other Cities. I have family in St. Louis and like this location. The discount used before no longer are accepted so the pricing it getting high. Why have they cancelled using AAA and or AARP for discount rates.

The staff went above and beyond. They were exceedingly helpful. Provided advice on how to navigate the area especially since I was travelling with someone with special needs.

The little shop needs to be updated. It has some some drinks and snacks. Selection needs to be expanded. Add protein shakes..small tissue packs..etc.. travel sew kit It could also provide small amount of souvenirs from St.Louis. Hotel needs to partner with local agencies and attractions such as Zoo, art museum etc. Hotel could provide brochure on things to do with local attractions.

EVERYTHING!! We came to St. Louis for a Cardinals game decided to make it a weekend getaway. Our room had a great view of the airplanes taking off and landing. With two little boys it was a hit. First thing we noticed walking in, was the great smell, the decor is just beautiful. Everything about our stay was great. Everyone was so helpful, super clean rooms, and we felt at home.

Bigger trash cans in the room, and paying for parking.

It was very easy to access from the main road.

We were not told about the $15 to park. At checkout the desk clerk said there would not be a charge and we noticed on the bill we were indeed charged $15.

Good location, food was good, beds were comfortable.

There was no room safe, this made things for me challenging. Had to carry my valuables with me.

Their staff was exceptional and everything was of very high quality. It was an extremely hot weekend, and it was great seeing ice water available in the lobby as soon as we walked in. Their security was great, after a certain time a code was needed to get into the parking lot and the elevator wouldn’t operate for anyone without a keycard.

Everything was perfect!
