You have to pay to park your car there 😞

After a massive mishap with our flight and complete neglect from our airline, we were stranded in St. Louis we were told there were no hotels at all due to it being the Olympic Tryouts that particular week. I hopped on Booking.com after being told we would need to suck it up basically and stay 24 plus hours in the airport, I found RL. they had rooms! I booked my room through booking.com and called the hotel to assure we had the room secured. WE DID! They were super accommodating from the first call, check in, during our stay over night and check out. The room was pristine, clean, inviting and the beds and pillows were amazing! The hotel staff as a whole were just awesome. I would absolutely love to stay again!

Very clean, super comfy beds, modern & updated, spacious rooms!

Parking was strange & inconvenient. They charge a fee, which is not clearly stated on booking.com. The lighting in the room is automatic, so when I got up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom, all the bright lights came on! Totally unexpected & stressful since my children were sleeping in the room with me! The only other odd thing was the strange odor which came from the bathroom faucet. ??

Staff was excellent. Made us feel welcomed. Both times we stayed I was dropping off/picking up my partner from the airport so I was in late and out early. The staff always made me feel safe and guarded and that's nice to have especially when you're alone.

The only thing I could comment on is the parking lot. I know it's probably hard to pay attention to, but there were people that were not guests of the hotel hanging out in the parking lot, kind of made me uneasy but that's something that's hard to avoid.

The staff and the cleanliness of the hotel. One needs to add the location and the value ( for the money).

The room was clean, the lighting was good, the bed was very comfortable and the shower pressure was excellent.

The cable television wasn't working!

So I’ll start with the bad first........ No mini fridge no microwave!! That’s the only negative thing I can say about this hotel!! Now let’s talk about that bed!! Literally the most comfortable bed I’ve slept on in my life!! And those fluffy king size pillows!! OMG!! The room has beautiful kinda artsy furniture there’s hardwood flooring in the bathroom/sink area the rest of the room is carpeted. The room was so clean absolutely spotless!! There is a security guard on duty all night and you have to use your room key to activate the elevator in order to go up. The staff that I had to interact with was super nice and friendly. The hotel is close to the airport but you don’t hear the airplanes at all. Nice convenient location you’re just minutes from everything in St Louis. I highly recommend this hotel!!!

No mini fridge no microwave

I can't remember what the hotel used to be, but I never stayed there. However, I'm pretty sure it wasn't at par with the now RL. I thought it was pretty cool how you needed a key card to even take the elevator up. It felt really exclusive. Very clean place. Friendly management. It's a bit of a gem over there in North County Stl. I'd definitely stay again!

Only thing I didn't care for was having to trade my dirty towels at the front desk for clean ones.

The facilities were very clean and modern! Pretty quiet and key card access to the elevators which adds extra security.

The ONLY thing I didn't like was that parking isn't convenient at all... There's only access in the front to the lobby so when all the parking spots are taken up, you have to park far away from front door and carry allll your bags with you smh and it cost $10 a day to park. No breakfast items at all either.
