the staff was very nice to me and my family

it had a damp smell and what I really didn't like was I made my reservation on line and check off that I would pay at the hotel well when I arrive the front desk clerk said your card was declined and I said yes it was because I keep my card shut off until I'M ready the use it the fact is if you state you going to pay at the property they should not swipe your card without your consent my card was only given to hold my room until I arrive.

The staff on the first night was very helpful And housekeeping for the 3 days was excellent

Breakfast was good the first day the second day we arrived at 8:45 and the woman told us she wasn't bringing anymore food out there was 4 other guest that didn't get to eat either

The room was decent sized, very clean, Great and comfy king size bed and water pressure in the sink and shower. The desk clerk was so friendly and helpful and enjoyed the nice breakfast.

Hard to find how to get into the parking lot from our GPS. The interstate is right by the hotel so the traffic is crazy to drive in and it a little loud because of it.

I arrived by bicycle after riding the KATY trail for a week. I chose this hotel because it was a short 7 minute bike ride from the Terminal 2 Metrolink train station which I could take with my bike and luggage to downtown St. Louis to sightsee and to take an Amtrak train home. Very good complementary breakfast. There were several fast food restaurants a short walk away.

No complaints at all.

The location, bed

The carpet on first floor was filthy and the room 117 the floor was so filthy. My foot was black. The price was totally different then booking. com was higher

Did not do breakfast....so have no comment.

Parking was just so. SPACES were small. ALSO, other guests that stay on the second floor (we were on ground floor) said that the hallway smelled, in fact the stench was strong , make us glade WE stay on ground floor.

The friendliness and how helpful everyone was.

Somewhat outdated facilities and could use some maintenance. Shower spout leaked the entire time and the safe did not work. Otherwise its a great place to sleep or just spend the night. (Bedbug free)

The breakfast was really good they served eggs and Belgian waffles you can make on your own bagels toast it was great

Really nothing could have been better well maybe a bigger refrigerator in the room that would be about it
