The smell of the room when I walked in was amazing. It smelt not only clean but like it had gotten ready for a nice date. I dont know what smell it was, but it was amazing! My room was clean and I put my own hair products away because they have Tarocco shower products, which I just love! I had never been to Montana before, but if this is what I can expect, I'll definitely be returning! Great staff, very quiet even though I assume they had a good number of guests based on the number of cars in the parking lot. Zero issues parking in their large lot WITH Security cameras. As a woman traveling alone, I felt safe and comfortable here.

I got in around 8pm on a Sunday, so it was slim choices for food. Definitely no fault of the hotel on that. But I have zero complaints on the hotel.

I loved the beds, very comfortable and clean! The bathroom was huge wich is weird but spacious bathrooms in hotels are a must in my book! And the staff was very nice and helpful the lady in the food area was such a sweetheart and made sure we had everything we needed!

The only complaint I have is that the pool and hot tubs were a bit dirty and sorta smelled bad, almost like chlorine keeps getting added in hopes that it is cleaning the pool, I personally don't think the pool has been drained and cleaned properly in a minute. However the temperature of the pool was amazing not too cold! And the hot tub was great!

The staff were all friendly and efficient. The room was comfortable and quiet. The continental breakfast offered multiple tasty choices and was well stocked. The pool was lovely - clean, no excess humidity or chlorine smell. The kite decorations hanging from the ceiling were beautiful and the gliders situated around the pool were incredibly comfortable. Management of this area was quite exemplary! We attended a concert at the zoo, so the location wasn't ideal (my bad), but otherwise this was a wonderful place to stay.

For who is traveling by airplane and its in need of a place to stay, this is where they need to be. The staff is super helpful and courteous, very understanding in case of last minute change of plans. We had a last minute issue with our flights and the hotel did not charge us for the change of date. The shuttle to and from the airport it's so comfortable and quick. The rooms are spacious and clean, with all you need for a quick stay. Very satisfied!!

This is the second time we have stayed here! We love the cleanliness of the rooms and the front desk staff were always nice and always had a smile on their faces! The breakfast was great and they have juice and coffee available all day and night. This is where we will stay anytime we come to Billings!!

Our room had a weird smell and we wish it had a laundry area, but those are small things and something we can deal with.

I was so pleasantly surprised by this adorable hotel. I’m not exactly sure what made it so welcoming to us but we are very happy we stayed here. The staff was welcoming the room was big and bright. The safety cleaning was obvious right down to the remote being in a sealed plastic bag. (They replace it each time they clean) The bathroom was big and clean with a big vanity to have plenty of room to spread out your toiletries. I loved the extra touches of the black makeup towels & the in shower shampoo, conditioner & body wash dispensers. They smelled fantastic. The bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows. Mini fridge was cold too.

If I had to name anything it would be the breakfast which was not great but the sweet lady tending to the items was a doll so she made up for a boring breakfast.

Staff at front desk both evening and morning were incredibly friendly and efficient! Lady maintaining breakfast was so helpful and kind and went above and beyond for our family as we had a very long drive ahead of us. I wish I remembered her name! Free ice cream at night for the kiddos was so fun for them and made a day of driving quickly forgotten! The old Nintendo in our room was a blast for our pre-teen and just as fun for mom.

The only complaint I have is that our bathroom smelt like the shower curtain hadn’t been washed in a long time. Visually it looked clean but it smelt like moldy towels pretty strongly which didn’t allow for me to feel like we were actually clean after a long day of driving with another long day ahead of us.

Staff was friendly and helpful. They had laundry facility (2 sets of washer and dryer), we just needed. Breakfast was very good and good variety of food. Wonderful indoor swimming pool with beautiful kites over the pool. 2 hot tubs. I enjoyed both Pool and a tub.

I asked for the first floor and they gave me it. It’s a nice room bu no vanity by sink or a shelf to put my items.

The breakfast offering was the best I’ve seen in a long time. The staff is friendly and will smile at you. Clean room. Comfortable bed. Great shower with soap dispensers. Exercise room. Elevator. Good restaurant nearby within 5-minute walking distance. Plenty of outlets for electronics.

The a/c unit underperformed, but it wasn’t a serious issue for us.

Our favorite stay on our 17 day journey! Staff- outstanding! Nightly cookies - A+! Location perfect! Workout equipment, top notch and well cared for. Breakfast Terrific!!

Tv is not the main ingredient for the trip, but the show ain’t afternoon we stayed and watched tv. It was super challenging to navigate.
