Bed sheets -- super welcoming and cozy white and clean and COTTON. Most of all, hands down, was the staff's kindness and understanding and helpfulness. WIth a Lyft, with letting us leave our luggage, with helpful suggestions for local activities, etc etc etc. Staff simply treated us as a valued guests, almost like one would do in one's own home. THAT alone would be a definite reason for us to return and choose your facility over others in town.

The first room we had on the ground floor seemed a bit more run down than the second we had on the 4th. AND I sorely wish, most of all, that you provided some sort of -- ANY sort of -- standard airport shuttle or ride service! Billings seems devoid of much of ANYTHING like transportation for folks coming in from elsewhere, and when we were there, neither my Lyft nor my Uber phone apps worked consistently. One day, yes, the next day not at all!! SUPER stressful and annoying and unnecessary to have out of towners left to their own devices. Literally!!

Very noisy aircon. Besides, with a longer stay the breakfast, while very good (see above), got a bit monotonous as it was the same every day (though I found it a common problem in the USA).

I was here for a conference and several attendees stayed here also though the conference was in a different hotel. It was a better value. The breakfast is great. The coffee maker is nice. Staff great. Exterior well-maintained.

I can't think of anything I would change. Everything was great.

Needed to request coffee replacements each day for coffee maker as no daily housekeeping. Do not care about no daily housekeeping but need my coffee each morning before venturing out.

comfortable beds and good in room facilities, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker and ironing board. also good washer and dryer at very reasonable price. the staff were generally friendly, particularly Neil(sp?) at the front desk. also, very friendly guests, many of them had medical reasons for being there as there is a clinic across the street.

realizing I booked the same day and got one of the last rooms, it still seemed quite expensive.

The “Continental Breakfast” was more than I was expecting. Fresh bakery goods were especially appreciated. Staff was very friendly and helpful with dinner place suggestions. We had an excellent dinner at Jake’s Steakhouse downtown location nearby the Inn.

The outside is not much to look at. It’s in a business area of town and looks like a office building, but the clean rooms and cheerful staff made up for the unappealing exterior.

I found it amazing. I had a few request and they went above and beyond to fullfill them. I really enjoyed my stay. Enough parking at the front door so we didn't had to walk so much in the cold. Breakfast was also good, a variety of everything for everyone, small breakfast to having a big breakfast, and enough choice of drinks, coffee, tea, juices like apple juice and cranberry, etc.

I love this place. Friendly front desk staff. Great room temperature controls. Clean. Quiet. Comfortable. Great shower. We actually used the TV and it was good. Fine breakfast. Always my go-to when I'm in Billings.

We stayed in room 204 2nd floor, facing the Billings Clinic. Wonderful view. Large windows, for sky and street views. We were able to walk back and forth to the Clinic! I can not walk long distances so that was fantastic! Easy to drive to Business or shopping, you will love it! PSBennett

Two chairs instead of one. It was at a desk, but we like to set together to discuss plans. like a table as well.

The aircon was very noisy, to the extent that I had to turn it off for the night to be able to sleep.
