The staff were friendly and helpful

I requested a room with a bathtub at the time of my booking but there was no tub in my room. Also, I was there because my mom has been very sick and was put on Hospice care. I was planning to stay two days but I tried canceling one night because my mom passed away. I was still charged for both nights even though I went down and explained the situation to the staff. She told me she could cancel it and refund the second night but I haven’t been refunded yet.

This is close to # 1 to me. The staff here is awesome. However I extend a lot, housekeepers if checkout is at 11 or 12. Don't knock the door at 730 or 6 am. Other than that this is the best spot in Billings for the cost still being fairly low. And it is located next to a few places ie " store, McDonald's, burger King, 4 B's, ". This is serious if you are in Billings Montana do not I repeat do not wait until after 9 pm to go get a bite to eat 😳😳😒. You might end up starving to death lol

Early morning knocking by housekeeping.

All the amenities were nice (pool, breakfast, etc) but mostly we love being able to find a hotel with ONE room for our big family and this definitely did that. Our room was nice and spacious, for all 3 adults, 3 kids and a baby!

the bathroom could have been cleaner. gave the kids a bath after the pool and there was something under the soap dish and pink soap scum or such along all the caulking

Nice big room. Quiet and comfortable. Great service at breakfast. He worked hard to keep everything stocked and kids happy. Very friendly. Reserved our room online and everything was smooth and simple. Parking great.

One elevator was a little slow during the 5-6 pm time. Everyone using it.

Room was nice and clean. Good size and everything looked to be functional. Pool area was also decent.

There are no black out curtains on the windows. Ended up using a hair clip to close the windows so we wouldn’t have the lights from the neighboring properties keeping us up. Also, there were no labels on the breakfast items. I am celiac so the breakfast looked like it may have had fruit and yogurt, but nothing was labeled so didn’t get to eat breakfast there as both items were out by 8:30 am.

The room was amazing. It fit our family perfectly. And the price for it was great. Beds were comfortable and room was very clean.

Breakfast was cold. And there was one receptionist that wasn't the friendliest. She didn't seem very happy to be there or to answer our questions. Seemed very annoyed.

We booked on line and when we got to hotel our card was rejected so the next morning I immediately called the bank and the girl at the counter had put in the wrong expiration date while this is quite embarrassing that it didn't work luckily we had our daughter with us who paid for the room still an embarrassment because I knew the card was fine so maybe they need to be a little more careful putting in information about someone's card and not putting it in wrong to avoid embarrassment to someone else

The beds were comfortable and nice amenities.

How thin the walls were. Had to be very quiet or the lady in the room next to us got angry. There was broken USB ports in our room and there was a hair tie and crumbs on the floor in our room when we checked in.

looks like a fairly new property that is well maintained. convenient on/off to I-90 with food and gas located together. Staff seemed to be able to field any question including a missing tv remote. super breakfast, in spacious. bright, clean sitting area. plenty of towels, good shower, decent room lighting, sitting area in room.

Booked an accessible room, and it was a regular room. The couch was not very clean. The shower / bathroom door layout not designed well. You have to enter the shower to turn on the water.
