It was a nice stay, Breakfast was pretty good with good hours. The Hot Tub is big enough for everyone!!

The pool and hot tub were closed the second night for weekly maintenance on a Sunday. Let staff know about stuff on the floor of Elevator that was sticky when I came in at night and It was still there in the morning. The amount of sound from the cars and bikes that drive pass all night was kinda rough.

The location was a plus being close to Metra! Friendly staff, clean facilities. Comfortable beds.

The king room we stayed in could use an upgrade!! Tv was way too small for the room. Jacuzzi could be upgraded also! The parking lot was way too small to accommodate all vehicles that stayed there. We had a hard time finding a place to park :(

The receptionist was absolutely awesome ❤️!!! Our plane had been cancelled we were stranded; through her thoughtfulness she accommodated us very well. The hotel was well situated in town we could walk to a restaurant n we heard no street noise slept well after a upsetting experience.

The location offered easy access to major routes to access wherever you wanted to go.

The grounds were dirty. The jacuzzi in our room worked but some controls were damaged, no instructions about operations and controls. No finer dining establishments within the general area.

The smell in the room is a plus. The coffee is good and the cookies in the lobby are a nice amenity. I paid about $164 a night for a King bed which seems like a lot but compared to places the Days Inn it is well worth it. Pay extra for better place if you can. Country Inn and Suites is one of those places.

I didn't like that they wouldn't offer a comparable price for an additional night. I would have had to pay $200 for a queen room so moved to the Days Inn which was not a good choice.

Staff was amazing! Breakfast was great! Rooms were huge, laundry room was a bonus! Great location, we were able to watch the city's fireworks from our window! Love the covered front porch area! Great for littles to get out energy after breakfast!

The hall had a weird musty smell but not in the rooms so it wasnt bad. Free laundry would have been super great but laundry room was good

They served a good breakfast, the king size bed was very comfortable, the shower head had good pressure, and I love the smell of the bar soap that Country Inn & Suites uses.

Our bathroom didn’t have any towel racks. Our room was on the street side of the building and it was noisy with traffic all night long.

The breakfast was great. The staff was accommodating and friendly. The pool was comfortable and clean. The beds were amazing to sleep on, we all got a nights good rest.

I booked online with booking and what I booked online wasn't the same at the hotel. The staff was very accommodating but they kept telling me I had to make changes online but the online booking site said I had to make changes at the property which made things very hectic.

Everything else was wonderful. Upon checking in we walked into an aroma of fresh baked cookies ,the concierge stated she had just pulled them out of the oven. Our room was clean and spacious. The mattress was very comfortable. All of the indoor p facilities were clean.

The pillows could pillows went flat as soon as I payed my head on them. Felt like my head was flat on the mattress. I went to the spa to enjoy the hot tub. a d with a big picture window you would think it would have an amazing view , but unfortunately the back side of the property does not get the attention that the front does. The trash that filled the back side of the property from diapers to alcohol bottles scattered the ground with dry, over grown grass. The front of the property was clean and well maintained, so imagine my disappointment to the lack of care for the rest of the property.

Have stayed here once before and returned because of the cleanliness and great Accomodations. Check in staff very friendly and helpful. Pool area is very nice with nice outside views. Very comfortable beds and close to town. Room size is average. Request a room in back of hotel for the view. Recommend Tiny’s Tavern for lively atmosphere with good food and drinks and clean “dive” bar experience. Perfect. Billings is not an exciting town but for stopover while traveling this was perfect - again.

Breakfast was ok. The usual array with some hot breakfast choices.. needs better waffle batter mix. Lol
