We were a bit apprehensive about staying here since we had not heard about Ledgestone before. As we were trying to find a hotel that had good reviews, Ledgestone was one of the few had nice reviews within the previous month of our visit. So many of the other hotels had some horrible reviews. We were going to use our Wyndham points, but we couldn't find a hotel with any decent reviews. We went to Booking and Priceline to find hotels in the Billings area that had good reviews. We decided to try Ledgestone since the reviews were far better than the options Wyndham rewards had us to choose from. When we arrived, Amber was great at the front desk and gave us a room on the third floor. She said if there was any problems with the room to come back and let her know and she would give us a different room. We were pleasantly pleased with the cleanliness of the room. It did not have any bad smells. It had a full size refrigerator that worked exceptionally well, a stove top, dishes and silverware, and a sink along with a large area to relax with a couch. The bathroom was beautiful and there was no mold or dirt from a previous guest. The bed was clean and comfy, a bit soft but it did not affect our sleep. Although the furniture was a bit dated, it was still a wonderful place to stay. It had a nice laundry room. It was close to the expressway and had nice security cameras. We would stay again without any hesitation. Although we had Wyndham points to use, they did not have as many good reviews as Ledgestone and it cost less than using the 15000 points. We had received discounts with Booking.com and paid $132 for the night. LaQuinta had good reviews but they wanted 30000 points for it and we use our points carefully.

We are happy we found the Ledgestone hotel as we’ve stayed here a couple other times. We love that it has an apartment size refrigerator as we travel with some food and we are able to refreeze our ice packs overnight and keep our other items in the fridge for our travel the following day. The hotel is always clean and the staff are friendly and very accommodating.

The only thing that would make the Ledgestone hotel better would be if they offered a continental breakfast but that’s not the end of the world for us. However, for the price we would appreciate a little breakfast to start our next travel day.

Everything was fine.. The place is very clean and up to date. I was very pleased, especially compared to the place I stayed the night before. The desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. It had a free laundry-all that is required is for you to provide soap. A nice perk. Over all, an excellent place for the money. Just keep doing what you are doing. Note-the online reviews were good, that is why I picked the place. They were accurate.

I liked everything about the place. It does not have breakfast, but at most places, they are not that good.

GREAT location. The hotel was very nice and clean. Beds were super comfortable to me, but a warning - if you like a firm sleep, you might not enjoy. The beds are very soft. HUGE bathroom. It was an extremely sizeable room overall. Friendly staff. High-quality guest laundry. I appreciated that pots, pans, utensils, and diningware are included in the suite if you did want to cook your own meals, along with a dish drain/dish detergent, paper towels, etc., a two-burner cooktop, full size fridge and plenty of cabinet space. Hot water at all times and really good water pressure in the bathroom. I really appreciate all the mirrors in the room - helped with getting ready - and the closet in the bathroom is large enough to accommodate plenty of clothing, suitcases, etc. Great set up for an extended stay. The price was excellent for the quality of the property, as well.

A/C in the room did not cool very well at all. It's a little frustrating waking up feeling sticky, though the windows do open. I heard other guests complain about the same in their rooms. The Wi-Fi signal is also terrible. I was about halfway down the second floor, and it never worked during my 3-night stay.

Loved this hotel! It was clean, so comfortable, loved the kitchen facilities. It had everything you needed for cooking meals! It was so nice just to have coffee with real glass cups! It had a table and chairs and a large fridge. There was a Popeyes literally right next door. And other fast food places close by. It was in a nice, safe area of Billings. I wish I knew about this place when we’ve stayed in Billings before. But will certainly stay here again. I think another review said, I wish every hotel was like this! I wholeheartedly agree.

It's such a great place. I loved no one coming in every day, we got to live like we were home for a week. No problem getting clean towels or extra coffee. Every single person working was friendly and so helpful! We plan on staying here next time we are in Billings

No broom to sweep the kitchen floor, but no worries, the very awesome house staff let me borrow hers, but not before she offered to sweep for me. So it wasn't a problem at all.

It was nice to have the kitchen facilities even though we did not do any cooking. The room was clean. It was very nice to have the large table and 2 chairs. Hardly any hotels or motels have a table with 2 chairs anymore. When 2 to 4 people are staying in one room it is the pits to have only 1 chair. The room seemed a little larger, also, than most hotel rooms.

It would be more convenient to have the building open later at night.

The staff are very friendly and the place is clean and comfortable. The rooms are big with a little kitchenette complete with plates, silverware, cups, two burner stove, fridge, etc.

The bed we had was a bit too soft for our liking, perhaps it was a bit older? Not sure. I've stayed here before and the one major thing I'd like to see improved is having the front desk open at 5 am instead of 6 am. Also, the desk closes at midnight so if you are traveling get their before then.

I have stayed here a few times. All I was looking for was a clean safe place to spend the night. The facilities are nice, folks at the front desk were friendly, room was clean, bed was clean. I had a small kitchenette but there was no free breakfast. I don't really care much about that since no breakfast is now worse or better than a crummy breakfast. I ate dinner at Fiddlers Green Bar a short walk away. The pork chop sandwich was excellent.

The streets in Billings are very confusing.

Suite style room was one of the largest we've stayed in; included kitchen amenities Bathroom was spacious & completely updated - very nice Free laundry with washer & dryer on main floor - a laundry basket is provided in your room.

No breakfast area (suites style hotel - so not surprising) However, not even lobby coffee offered (surprising). Asked the desk clerk about this and he was apologetic - said coffee was discontinued during Covid, but he'd talk to 'management' about resuming.
