Stayed here for a night on the way home from yellowstone because it was getting too late to find a campsite. Billings is kinda sketch in many areas, so we appreciated the security measures the excellent staff used. Close proximity to fast food restaurants, if you are looking for a quick meal. Comfortable, clean and modern, and the basic kitchen was super nice to have in-room. Just remember to bring all kitchen things- including things for washing dishes.

If you are aware that this brand is the Motel 6 of Long Term Stay hotels, and you go in not expecting too much, then you will not be disappointed by this brand. It is a 'no-frills, no extras' hotel. Most of the staff at this location was very friendly, helpful & accomodating, but the clerk at the desk the morning that we checked out was rude & argumentative.

Bed was very uncomfortable & we could hear all the exterior noises & interstate noise. Worst 2 nights of 'attempted' sleep ever! The shower & bathroom floor were very slick. Came close to cracking my skull a few times.

I am traveling with my dog. This was a terrific location. There were so many great places to walk him. Also really easy to navigate to parks and other places of interest. Staff were super friendly—special shout out to second-shift Karen. We talked dogs and made feel very welcome. Room was clean and comfortable.

Only one small issue. Had western facing room (very quiet!), but setting sun was uncomfortable. Window could use shade. Didn’t want to close heavy drapes—weather was lovely and wanted fresh air.

Room was large, price was good and everything was clean. One of the 3 rooms was quiet with comfortable beds.

I booked 3 rooms but they weren't together. They upgraded my 2 queen room to a suite becaus ethey ran out, but the beds weren't queen size. The other 2 rooms were supposed to be queens and beds were full size. No cups in rooms. One of the beds flipped up when we sat on the end, it was freaky and that bed made creaky sounds when you moved so not a great sleep for my old dad. Tub faucet dripped and could not be tightened. Lots of blinking lights in the detectors on the ceiling flashing all night. I got coffee from the lobby and had to witness an employee being reprimanded for what sounded like minor things. Felt bad for her. I was overall fine with the hotel because it was reasonably priced.

The atmosphere was exceptionally comfortable and my privacy was respected on all levels. The rate was within the means of my budget and everything I needed was within walking distance.

I did not like the new laundry system they have going however along with the changing times I'm just going to have to adapt.

The staff were pleasant, the room was comfortable and clean, bed was comfy, the location was easy to find, quiet..

The so called breakfast wasn't any more than a snack. Shouldn't have been adverti8sed as a free breakfast....

I thought my rate was $428. for 3 nights but when I got my bill it was for $550. either I made a mistake or I was Charged to much. But I will still stay at extended stay next time I am in Billings Montana.

The smell when first came into room. Hallway going to room was narrow because of suitcase carts being stored. Entry to bldg could be more appealing, smelled like cigarettes,

The staff was amicable and helpful. They absolutely cared about guests' comfort. The room was cleaned and recently remodeled. There was a full kitchen inside the room, which might be helpful in certain situations.

limited breakfast and the location is a couple of miles from downtown. Nothing unmanageable though.

It was in a good location

Well i had cup stains on the nightstand, that was easily to wipe of which had me thinking nothing was cleaned are wiped down. Hair on the bathroom shower walls .
