Room was perfect size for two guests, very clean, amazing house keeping employees, good amenities. Overall great stay.

Everything about this stay was great except for the front desk manager… after noticing my card was charged twice, I went to the front desk and talked to the manager about this issue. She immediately disregarded what I was saying, and said there’s no way I was charged twice. She shook her head the whole time I was talking and sarcastically chucked making me feel like I was telling her son sort of dumb joke. It seemed like she already had something against me…? I’m not sure, but I felt extremely unwelcome by her. She said the computer wouldn’t print the confirmation for the hotel which was fishy as well. Other than that bad experience, the rest of the hotel was wonderful. The housekeepers were some of the kindest employees I’ve ever met and the room always felt clean and up to expectations.

The main door to the room was very difficult to open and close…very heavy. The floor in the room was somewhat dirty because if you walk barefoot you’d get black feet. It is from the cleaning product residue of course. These types of wood floors can only be steam cleaned to prevent this. You can’t wash with product or you get the residue build up. Not sure if the maids could clean them this way but it would be better than getting black feet. If the hotel wonders why the towels have black stains on them…it is from people washing their feet off after they shower.

Staff was friendly and room was equipped and clean. I enjoyed the little yogurts and boiled eggs provided (I would recommend putting dates on the egg’s however so people know when they were boiled)

The lodge is just outdated… old discolored linoleum in bathroom and cheap toiletries. I know it’s costly to update and replace things— I get it. The fresh waffle maker was the only item fresh (except for some oranges and cereal ) most everything else was prepackaged items (muffins, donuts)

The bed was really comfortable. The desk set-up was great with plenty outlets for charging devices. There was an extra chair, besides the desk chair. Good water pressure in the shower and the wifi signal was very good. Everything was very clean.

The fan in the bathroom was a little wonky. After a few minutes, it sounded like it was trying strangle a flock of birds. Also, the controls for the heat didn't work. I could turn it on (too hot) or off.

It was clean, had everything we needed. Restaurants near by.

We are on an 18 day road trip, of the 4 places we have stayed so far, this is the VERY SMALLEST room we've had at the highest price. The price is NOT Econo - the only ting econo was the notably tiny room. Staff is a little lax - found the desk clerk on his cell phone behind the office door when I went looking for a restroom after waiting to check in for several minutes. Breakfast is all prepackaged accept for waffles.

Conveniently located near several restaurants within walking distance and with proximity to the interstate. Very comfortable room, a fitness center and a solid breakfast buffet. I stayed here while passing through on a long road trip and would book this hotel again if needed.

No real complaints to speak of - The staff is super friendly, the facilities are clean and updated, and the location is great for someone wanting food or just passing through.... Highly recommend!

It was very nice. Just off the highway. Lots of food choices within walking distance. The staff member who checked me in was very friendly and personable.

The tub drained a little slow but it was workable. Breakfast was OK but there was no cream for the coffee, i asked and they were out. Also the room was perfect for 1 person but No one else could fit in there comfortably.

Good value for the price. Room was spacious compared to other budget hotels. Clean room and staff was very nice and accomodated most of our requests. Breakfast was reasonable. No hot bar but still had other options like oatmeal, toast, yogurt, buns, hard boiled eggs. Had hot water and coffee available in lobby at all times. Lots of parking spots and right off the freeway within walking distance of some gas stations and restaurants.

Elevator was broken during our visit so had to walk up the stairs. Not a big deal for us since we needed the exercise anyways. Hopefully they fix it soon to accomadate people who actually need the elevator.

It was very clean and the young lady that checked me in was very sweet. We stayed 2 nights and my dog left his stuffed bunny in the sheets on our last day. I went back and the young man went to the laundry room and found it. It may seem silly to some but to go above and beyond for us meant the world.

I wish breakfast was open later.

The standard of the accommodation of this property was better than expected. The property is located within easy access to a main highway and university. The centre of town and historic river district is however worth a detour. Breakfast was included in the price and there was easy parking outside the entrance.
