Holiday Inn Express & Suites - Omaha Downtown - Airport, an IHG Hotel

It was really clean and the guy that was there when we arrived he was super nice we saw him the Friday Saturday night and today Sunday in the morning he was a super nice with a great smile I did not look at his name but he got some blankets for us at night too you guys deserve more people like him

The only thing I did not like was that too many people at the pool Friday was nice but Saturday omg too many peolple in there other then that everything was great

Very good location in downtown Omaha! The staff was very helpful - I loved the views from my window.

I thought it was very odd that we didn't have a coffee maker, we had all the supplies for coffee but no maker. It didn't ruin our stay as none of us drink coffee, it was just odd!

The front desk staff Hanna and Echo were friendly and helpful. The building was very clean and nice and the room was a great size. The beds were extremely comfortable and the shower was large and worked great! I loved the shampoo and soap dispensers.

The pool was small and very crowded and there was no hot tub. The breakfast area was out of forks both days we were there and there didn't seem to be anyone tending it regularly because the apple juice was gone and there was cereal spilled all over the floor. Maybe they were short staffed.

Rooms were very clean and the staff was wonderful. Kudos to the night clerk Tiffany for the great hospitality, the whole staff was great!

The fee for parking is ridiculous! 15.00 per night and your spot was not guaranteed if you left the hotel. This should have been included on the website, if I would have know this would not have stayed

Everything was amazing here. I was very impressed by the design of our room and the layout. Highly recommend if you're visiting Omaha or just passing through.

I only dock them a point because they didn't have a King room available as we had booked, but they did accommodate us for the inconvenience.

Cleanliness was great- everything seemed new or updated. Very nice, quiet hotel with super easy parking. Great place to stay if you're visiting on work.

Location wasn't amazing but perfectly fine if you have a car to get around town. Breakfast wasn't amazing, but better than nothing. Overall it was a good stay.

Breakfast was hot and tasty. Location was perfect in relation to our trip and close to eateries, coffee shops and family activities. Staff was friendly and helpful.

We liked everything.

Room above us had small children and they made a lot of noise. We tried to be patient but it did not stop. We informed the front desk staff and they talked to the guests in the room and it got better. We liked their responsiveness.

Breakfast was hot, good variety and fresh.

The keurig in my room hadn’t been cleaned but I consider this minor. There is free coffee downstairs but nice to have in the room for convenience.

One thing I liked was that I didn't have to cook breakfast in the morning, thank you for having the breakfast and having a clean hotel

Didnt like all 20 loud, rude young girls in the pool with no adults absolutely ridiculous. My 4 little boys and I grabbed our towels and cut it short! They were way too loud and rude. Also people were way to loud above our room. Thought we could get a little nice night away, it was a nightmare.
