This is our 3rd year staying here. We love the cozy home-like vibes Fireside has to offer -from the front lobby area, to the pool/hot tub and the rooms. Never once had bad experience or a dirty room (which is a major plus in my eyes). Staff is always welcoming and friendly, it makes you feel like family. It's approximately 6miles or 15 minutes from Gunstock mountain, the main reason for our winter trip. We look forward to coming back in the winter of 23/24 for annual snowboarding/tubing/snowmobiling adventures.

Wish the exhaust fans in bathrooms works either automatically or with a switch

This is my 4th stay here and it is always so enjoyable. The room are nice and spacious. The staff is the nicest I have encountered and all local from New Hampshire which is useful as they can answer your questions when you're looking for something. The pool is really nice and large unlike other hotels around, same thing for the Jacuzzi which fits 10+ people. Only downside... The breakfast used to be really good and since COVID it's only a grab and go but with many options though. Please Bring back your real breakfast!! Others still have it and it makes a difference but it's not a deal breaker

I couldn’t hear the lady at check in because the hole in the plastic is not where her mouth was. My fireplace in our room didn’t work and we told the desk 2 times never fixed. The coffee was like mud water , no fresh fruit, and only egg white sandwiches when I asked if they would replenish the egg sands they said they were wiped out it was 815 and breakfast goes til 10. Also I think pool should open before 9 am

Property was very clean, pool areas were clean also, towels available. Beds were comfortable, plenty of towels. Breakfast was okay, grab and go. Staff was friendly, and helpful. Plenty of parking. Near Weirs beach, and restaurants. I would stay here again.

Only complaint, would like to have an area to eat breakfast.

Easy walk to Gilford town beach,,, The Gem of town beaches on lake Winnie.. I think it’s the best hotel gym I’ve ever worked out in… I like working out with free weights … If your into working out with free weights you won’t be disappointed with this set up..

The outside tables and chairs between the pools could use some sprucing up … I’m only mentioning this because the hotel isnt far away from being a 5 star hotel.. I believe this could help push it that way.

The room was amazing! We were happy with everything. We were hoping the pool would have been a little warmer. The hot tub was closed because of recent power outage. Understandable. The grab and go breakfast was really good! We were impressed.

Again just the pool options. But again hot tub wasn't their fault. Power surge when the power went out. Only gave it a 9 because pool was too cold.

Fantastic location to stay when seeing a concert at the venue up the road! Pool and jacuzzi were wonderful

The 2 queen size beds were not very comfortable for me, while alot of people enjoy "firm" beds I am not one of those so this "Goldilocks" would have liked to try another bed 😂

I love that every room has a balcony or outside seating. The pool and hot tub have handicap accessibility. The decor is dated but pleasant. The employees were all very nice. The breakfast options were decent. The best part is the Inn is within walking distance to the NH Pavillion.

breakfast was very good and a great selection. The pool area was very clean and the hot tub was amazing! The staff was helpful and friendly. Access to and from room was easy. Beds were super comfortable!

The only one thing I would say, is that the furniture should be moved at least on occasion to clean. We ended moving the beds so we could put table between beds with chairs as we ate breakfast and some of our other meals there. We had to ask for a broom to sweep the dust bunnies and other items that were under the bed.

Prepackaged breakfasts were surprisingly good - nice variety, well thought-out. Considering nothing was cooked locally, it was more satisfying than I thought it would be. It was very nice having a refrigerator and microwave, as well as our own coffeemaker. Beds were comfy.

It was easy walking distance to Bank of New Hampshire Pavilion (we were there for a concert), but the walk was a little rocky and close to traffic. Not really the Inn's fault, but something we had to contend with. Note to self: bring a flashlight next time. Also, we had a coffeemaker in the room, and the staff left 3 regular coffee and only 1 decaf (thank you, thank you!), but no creamers or sweeteners. Also, bed pillows were a little thick.
