The heated saltwater pool is to die for whether it's cold and rainy or extremely hot. The rooms were immaculately cleaned and completely absent of gross dusty fans in the bathroom. Whatever soundproofing they are using in the walls did its job, I didn't hear a single other person the entire time and the beds were extremely comfortable. The view over the lake is the best!

The location was beautiful! No matter what room you were in, you could easily see the lake from outside. It was quiet, relaxing, clean and the bed was super comfy. We also enjoyed our time in the saltwater pool overlooking the lake! We wanted to note and give a special thank you for when we got a flat tire... The owners were so kind to help us change our spare in the morning, then recommended a local tire shop for the rest of the repair. The little inconvenience in our trip felt very low-stress thanks to the help we received! :)

We had a terrific stay. The owner was cool and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised to find that we were staying in one of the cottages. I guess I didn't understand the room descriptions that well. Anyway, we stayed in one of the older cottages. The shower was a little low for my husband's height, but it didn't bother him. The owner told us that they were replacing the older cottages next year. The newer cottages will have taller showers. The cottage we stayed in was still great. It was extremely clean and very comfortable. It was pretty quiet the nights we stayed. The views were beautiful and the heated saltwater pool was lovely and clean. The resort was in a good location locally. The location also made it easy for us to explore other parts of the state. We'd stay here again. Thanks!

The owners were excellent. They were friendly, and available and made you feel like one of the family. We will definitely be staying here again. I travel a lot and this was an excellent experience and a great location. The price was very very good compared to places our friends were staying. The saltwater pool was very comfortable, the water was soft, the view was great and the Ice-cream/candy house was a one minute walk from the property.

Everything was great. My wife and I could not come up with anything that needs improvement.

This resort was wonderful! The owners were very friendly and accommodating to our needs. We brought our Portuguese Water dog and she was so welcome. My hubby used the pool every day and the grounds were clean and peaceful. It’s also centrally located to everything we wanted to do. We hope to return with our family. The pool was absolutely lovely, view was wonderful, and the upgrades to cabin were exceptionally well thought out, even down to the light switches. Modern appliance, electric cooker, and grill made enjoying the space easy and very enjoyable. Deck was an amazing, relaxing space. Fellow guests were friendly (return annually).

Slept 5 adults wonderfully, though it is difficult to utilize resort space for an area to meet up and park for dinner, venturing to Weirs beach for our group event.

I love everything about this property, it’s my favorite place to stay when visiting Laconia. The first thing you notice driving up the driveway is the amazing views, it’s well maintained outside and inside. The owners are friendly and make it feel like a home away from home.

I don’t like having to leave because I enjoy staying here so much. :)

Location, location, location! I usually stay around the lake anyway but this had it all! The room was immaculate, bed was comfy, bathroom was clean and well stocked, shower was nice!

The TV was a tad small and having a little table in the room (as there was a singular chair) would have been nice, but otherwise I loved my stay!

There was no breakfast, unfortunately, but there was room service daily, which is very unusual these days. The property is absolutely gorgeous with the lake and mountains almost in your backyard. Sitting on the huge porch of the owners' home was a huge plus as well. The view from there is to die for!

There wasn't much room to really unpack and put things away. I like counter space in a bathroom but there was none.

Met with the owners and could instantly see they take pride in their work and facility. It was obvious in every way. The peaceful and tranquil setting was really special. Sunrise and sunsets were spectacular. The nearness to everything was a plus.

I can’t think of anything we didn’t like.
