I liked the very friendly and non invasive staff. They had a breakfast available, and sitting areas around the check in area. I loved the location, very scenic, but on a busy road. The room was very quiet, second floor, a lovely cafe set was on the porch to sit at and look out at the lake. The room was well appointed, the bed was very comfortable, loved the pillows. Living room was very nice. The kitchen had a nice stove and the refrigerator was a normal size. There was plenty of storage, a large bureau. Plenty of kitchen storage and it was equipped with cultery and dishware. Loved the fact we could take our Maya with us, dog friendly was very much appreciated.

No coffee or tea station. The bottom of the step way was a little sketchy, the room had a loose base board under the sink, but there was work being done on the inn. There was only a partition not all the way to the ceiling for the bedroom. There were no hangers in the closet, but the closet was very large.

location to all things Winnisquam is ideal, Tilton and the Tanger outlets are super close.the staff is very nice and super friendly. they have a waffle machine , yogurts, apples, and cereals for breakfast which is nice too. beautiful view of the lake from the Inn and surprisingly you get access to visit lakeside private small beach if you’d like which is rare at most Inns I find. 20 minute drive to Laconia and Winnipesauke as well. for the price it was a great stay overall and would recommend to those on a budget looking ti experience the lakes region of NH

nothing crazy BUT shower is pretty tight and we’re not overly large people so some might struggle in the room we had. amenities issue: water in lobby never restocked once out :( no unflavored coffee options pillows :( ALSO: most rooms require use of the stairs to access and they are quite steep and have a few odd sized ledges getting to the rooms as well. maybe not for seniors with knee issues

Really nice selection breakfast foods juices snacks were available 24/7 along with ice cold waters and coffee stuff was very friendly helpful this place was very well located far enough off the highway where you didn't feel like you were next to one but yet right off the road next to a beautiful lake which gave such amazing sunrises rooms were very clean and rather spacious we had a lot of privacy I would highly recommend this place to all this and I would certainly go there again.

Your company booked a room for 2 adults,we were supposed to have a room with 2 beds! Your service gave me a room with 1 twin bed for 2 adult males? The hotel took very good care of my situation and I had a great weekend. Your site needs to better communication with your customers request and not satisfy your needs for a sale. I'll never use this site again.

As far as the inn goes I couldn't have been more pleased with the service and the cooperation of the staff, they went out of their way to take care of me and insure that I was happy and satisfied with with my situation. No dislikes only praise for what they did to keep me there for 3 nights

I had a great time staying here. Thought the rates were exceptional, for being during race weekend, and could not beat the view. The room was plenty big for two people with a bed each to ourselves. I didnt have a direct view of the lake, but lots of tables and chairs around the property to enjoy the view with a coffee. enjoyed the donuts and pastries available for breakfast and the 24/7 availability of the keurig machine. Thought the pillows and bed were very comfortable. Will definitely want to stay here again next year.

Location was good. We were glad to bring our dog for the first trip up to NH, we mainly went there to relax and that's just wat we did. did some site seeing and walking to keep our dog busy. we like that we were near the lakes and the state park. We loved the size of the bathroom and the shower. And the AC was awesome definitely kept us cold thru the night.

that there is an area for the dogs to go to the bathroom.

The Breakfast was exactly as described. Free coffee and snacks available 24/7. Beds very comfortable. Beautiful view from balcony and deck right outside our door. Plenty of good parking. {we towed motorcycles and did not have to unhook trailer}. The Inn Keepers {Glenn and Edie} were extremely friendly and helpful! We consider them our "friends in New Hampshire".

Room was very small. Shower was also very small. No closet or chair in the room.

The room was complete with everything we needed, I was missing the coffee maker in the room; however, they did offer free k-cup coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and snacks 24 hours. I just like having my first cup in my room not having to get dressed, other than my own personal preference the room was great. I missed having bagels, toast, or cereal as a choice for a grab-and-go breakfast, but there was a great diner down the street open 24hrs.

No coffee maker in the room for those who like to stay in PJ's and a more substance grab and go breakfast (bagels, toast, cereal, etc.)

Very clean and cared for Inn.The owners who live there are very friendly. Location is perfect. My mention of the fragrance is not a reflection on a review. This was a very nice Inn.

Wish there had been a clock on the room. And although the fragrance in the room was very nice. I think a warning ⚠️is needed my husband has many health issues and fragrances can make them worsen.

The location was lovely, right by the lake and a short drive into town. The rooms were a decent size and really clean. There was complimentary tea / coffee and snacks throughout the stay available which I thought was a really nice touch. The managers were very friendly and chatty with some good tips on where to eat
