Half Moon Motel & Cottages

The view was amazing! Loved sitting on the porch in the morning with coffee, and a cocktail at night. There's nothing better than sitting on a porch overlooking the most beautiful lake.

Everything was wonderful and i really mean wonderful, but the bars are open until 2am, and the motorcycles and cars were racing up the street all night. I literally slept 3 hrs. And i had the a/c on full blast and my sleep sound on my phone. Not a big deal because we were only there for 2 nights, and we're adults, and we have no children with us. But i am very happy i chose to get my son a different place. Eileen

Friendly and welcoming owners. Room was comfortable and clean and had an excellent view of the lake and mountains. Just a block away from the water and attractions. Room has a retro vibe. We stayed here for a concert at BankNH Pavilion in late September and it was a quick and easy drive to the venue. Many businesses were closed for the season, but there were still plenty of shops and restaurants open.

The location was great. The view was gorgeous. We bought breakfast sandwiches at the pier which were very good. We had a nice stay. The only thing that could have been better was the weather.

The pool was nice and big and looked clean. I didn’t notice a smell of chlorine which would have been indicative of the safety/ cleanliness of the pool water.

location is super excellent just on the Weir Beach. From rooms you can see the lake, and from balcony you can enjoy the view too. Parking in front of room so very easy for baggage handling. All amenities are packed inside the room. Restaurants are within 1-2 minutes

Queen Bed although clean and comfortable slights old interior and bathroom

Not an upscale area so was pleasantly surprised by the rooms cleanliness and overall state. The location is unbeatable in this area and the view of the lake from the room /deck is incredible! Pool was very nice and enjoyed by entire family.

The mattresses are not supportive and I felt like I was sleeping on a semi deflated air mattress. Literally the only thing that’s needs attention here. The linens were very nice and comfortable.

We arrived after hours, but the check-in process was super clear and easy, the room was large and comfortable for our short stay. The view of the lake when we woke up in the morning was delightful.

We had initially requested 2 beds and were told the sofa bed would be available, but it wasn't made up when we arrived. Wasn't a huge deal, we just shared the main bed, as we'd arrived late and couldn't follow up.

Loved everything !! Price was Soo affordable being we were 300 feet from the boardwalk and weirs beach! Pool was amazing and clean! Rooms were great!! Amazing view of of the lake, boats, and the gorgeous mountains

Hot water took a while to come through the shower - I turned it to all the way hot and had to wait 10 -15 minutes for it to get from freezing to warmer .

There was no breakfast or restaurant on site that we could find. The location was great except on such a huge hill that it was hard to walk to the pier. Beds were comfortable but only full size. Rooms need updating. pool was very clean. Great views of the lake.

Bathroom was small and lousy drainage. The whole unit could use an update.

The view was amazing (worth waking up for the sunrise) and walking distance to the beach front shops. The room was very clean and smelled nice. The staff were very friendly and waited up for us to arrive as well as let us have a later checkout. They gave us tips on where to eat and shop.

Amazing location, lake right in front of the place, cruise boats going out, stunning views. lady on the front desk and Steve were fantastic on the area and chatted for ages about where to go. thank you so much.

It was a little tired, if it was updated a little it would be so much better.
