Breakfast at Waterfall Cafe was the worst breakfast I have ever had in my lifetime, as well as the service. I understand that they are not affiliated w/The Common Man but this Cafe used to be one of our best breakfast experiences every summer that we stay w/you. This unfortunately has a reflection on your grounds. Lakeside Grill breakfast was great except for the coffee.

The gazebo is about to fall into the lake why isn't that being repaired your guests love to go sit in the gazebo. Alot of the outdoor furniture needs TLC. Second day of my stay my room was not cleaned. Pools are supposed to be open till 10 pm and one night it was closed before 10 pm for service. This should be done after 10 pm. Fire pits were covered the whole time we were there. Fire pits should be burning every night weather permitting.

Mill Falls is a nice place to visit. We were out of season so it was quiet but the location is very pretty and lots to do. The Room was superb, clean with a nice view of the lake.

The hotel consists of multiple buildings spread out across the town. Its extremely confusing to arrive at a location to find out you are at the wrong one plus they are so far apart you have to drive to the correct one. The hotel was light on staff and some confusion over the room we had booked meant travelling back and forth and then driving to another building after we were upgraded. Nice place but my advice is leave the bags in the car

Beautiful location, reltively good price for the location. Great people! Check in was great and interaction with engineering was very efficient and problem solving

some minor cleanliness issues re the bed. cold water did not work first night and into next day. could not take a shower in the morning. Tried to call housekeeping, and guest services but no one answered, Finally called main number, an operator explained that they were aware of problem. Gee, I was i was made aware.

Your suggested statement was about Breakfast, but this wasn't included. Also, there were no instructions re the TV, checkout hours,, etc. Typical hotels provide a notebook about facilities, etc.

There are four properties, but only one check-in desk during off season. we were not informed until we arrived. It would have been nice if we were informed when we made the reservations. We would have understood.

The location is super. Right in the center of town. The lake is right across the street. We loved the fact that the hotel is part of an old linen mill. There are stores and shops in the same complex. The Main Street is steps away. There are quite a few different room options contained within the properties several different buildings.

Everything that we experienced was just fine.

clean, friendly, and close to restaurants. Spa is also plus but pricey for some treatments.

water pressure is terrible and takes about 5 mins to get hot for a shower. also each day we were woken up by house keeping (they need signs to hand on knob)and one day we had a late check out so they should have know this.

Booking.com site specifically stated that I would not be charged “now” when I was looking at making a reservation. That was a lie. I needed up being charged for the night immediately and it put me under on my bank account because I hadn’t factored it in !!! I will never use booking.com again and in fact thought I was booking directly with the inn. You fooled me once but won’t again.

The area was very nice. The shops were a nice touch. It was very clean

The restaurants were across a very busy street. The cafe on our side for breakfast was closed. There was no staff there when we wanted to leave.

The grounds were BEAUTIFUL! The staff was exceptional. The hotel was super clean! There was so much to do! This was my first time coming… this will now be my family’s annual vacation spot! The day of my departure I was super sad. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!

A little updating throughout the hotel wouldn’t hurt

The hotel is perfectly located , right on the waterfront and in close proximity to the restaurant shops and parks . Rooms are clean and most of them are facing the lake or the mountains. The restaurant lake house grill is a good dining place, especially breakfast.They do have activity center which provide nice trips and activities, I recommend the foliage cruise, its a must experience.All in all , it’s the place to be in Meredith NH . I would like to thank everyone of the staff for their service and hospitality, especially Autumn, Dan , Julia and the lovely ladies of the activity center Louise and Sharon.

The house keeping was not delivered on time, it took me 2 days of request to have my room done. No bellman to help with luggage especially for elderly person who needed more help. No laundry room in the hotel, we had to go to the city, such hotel should have one in my opinion. Amenities need to be upgraded especially for the bathrooms.
