Good service

I was a day late for my stay and was told I was charged one day and the rest refunded but still haven't received anything. I would like to at least be able to add 6 more days of my stay in no refund is possible. My original stay was from July3-July10 I arrived on July 4 and had to rebook my reservation. Please let me know the status of my refund

Transportation was very convenient as well as all the shopping stores to the market to the laundromat restaurants everything was reachable

The bed was horrible to sleep in, once you had a shower your body can relax a lot better to do the things you need to do during the day

the room I booked wasn’t available, they offered me an expensive room, instead saying for no extra charge, they said I should pay more, so I decided to get a two beds room and actually the two beds room was cheaper but they charged the same price, I should have been reimbursed but red roof only wanted it’s own benefit.

Main reason we chose to stay there was because they allow pets which is something we needed and it's what we liked the most about it. Everything else was ok.

The place was dirty, trash laying around everywhere. We checked in Thursday night and left monday morning and during all that time they picked up the trash outside in the premises only once. It just kept accumulating and no one would clean it up. Trash can full to the top and around it. Very unprofessional.

Location easy commute to NYC. Grocery store, diner, pizza Walgreens,and more across the street good size rooms pet friendly with NO extra charge ( good to know for the future ) plenty of parking. Very friendly and professional staff.

Nothing really

Everything was excellent as Very clean. The room is very big and has a microwave and small refrigerator. Heat was working well. Very close to NYC where the bus to port authority terminal is close-by. Good value for money.

The hotel takes $50 deposit.

not very cleaned, specially hallways, common areas and stairs. Trash receptacles were full and smelly.

The cleanliness and the condition of the common areas. No room service during our six days stay even after requesting it.

Nice clean hotel. Friendly, helpful reception We had a nice stay.

I The only problem was, 2 pieces of soap , 1 shampoo. 2 sets of towels ,1 coffee , was provided for 3 people.

Staff was wonderful the location is great with the NJ transit a 4 minute walk also nice size mini fridge with freezer

The laundry was broken the entire 3 weeks I was there .

Housekeeping does an awesome job at keeping the rooms clean!

Front desk wasn’t so friendly. Our key wasn’t working properly so every night of our stay when we came back to the hotel we had to go to the front desk to get it activated again. The bath tub was so clogged the water would get above my ankles when showering!!
