Extraordinary service and facility. Easy entrance for handicapped guests, front desk clerks very courteous. Wonderful early evening cocktail service (salads, finger food, wine, pastries, hot foods, fruit... suite was very comfortable - like "arriving home". Small dining table, refrigerator, sofa and coffee table. Beds very comfortable. Coffee maker, hot breakfast, cereal, oatmeal, bagels, muffins, etc, omelets made to order. We will definitely return on next trip north. Price was excellent. The BEST place we've stayed in many years.

The hotel is very nice and well situated although road 17 isn't the easiest road to travel on. The room was spacious with a separate living area. The breakfast was beyond our expectations compared to other hotels that includes breakfast.

The room might have needed a more thorough cleaning as we found pieces of chocolate and papers near the couch and under the bed. There were a couple of claw marks on the side of the couch but it is to be expected in a pet friendly hotel.

The comfort of the room and feeling like "Home away from home" was very nice. Amenities were very good and the suite was equipped with all you need as if you were at home. I appreciated that there was someone each day to pick up trash/recycled items so trash wouldn't build up in the room. Breakfast has a good variety of your typical breakfast beverages/foods to select from. The coffee was outstanding!!! I enjoyed the scrambled eggs and sausage. The Welcome Reception (on Wednesdays) was also great and had a nice selection of light/healthy foods/snacks, plus soup, and the beer/wine was served chilled.

Breakfast was only from 6 am-9 am. For late risers, you have to get up early enough to get something before 9 am otherwise there wasn't much to choose from and the attendants are prompt in clearing the breakfast area. If you do miss breakfast, I highly recommend the Stateline Diner in Mahwah, NJ, which is less than 5 minutes from the hotel. There wasn't any coffee or hot water for tea available all day. The housekeeping service appears to be on an on-call basis. If you need your room cleaned/beds done, you have to contact the front desk to schedule the service.

David Strauss, the General Manager, checked us in. He was very warm, welcoming and efficient. When he saw us in the hotel throughout the week, he checked with us to make sure we had everything we needed. Excellent customer service! The lady who was in charge of the breakfast buffet was wonderful. She greeted us each morning and was very attentive to keeping the breakfast items stock up each morning.

the front dask was wanderfull and tryed to help in any request. rooms are clean, comfortable and large. the kitchenette was well equipped, the pool was clean and the gym was great. the bed was especially large and comfortable, we had a very good night sleep. if we are around, we will be happy to book it again.

overall it was wanderfull, however, the executive room computer did not allow me to log on and pring some important documents ( no gmail access)

The suits are big with a kitchen, a bedroom and a living space. Very comfortable for a family. Breakfast was very good with lots of options to choose from.

The rooms need updating it is oled and couche was old and broken. Better room cleaning and stoking of the shower products in the bathroom are needed.

Good breakfast, very clean facilities, pet friendly. The room had a full size refrigerator, stovetop, dishwasher and utensils and anything else you might need! Good side room as well, separate from the living area.

Pool a little small.

Very comfortable room and accommodating staff. The breakfast set-up was a plus. I needed to work and stay somewhere with my pet while my home was under major renovations. The King suite afforded me the space I needed to set up my "home office" for the day.

People staying nearby my room were heavy smokers and would stand right in the side entrance that I used to access my room even though there was a sign clearly marked "Smoke-free Zone". Hotel staff should monitor that more closely. Also, the windows are a hazard. The first morning of my stay, I went to open the window in the living area for some fresh air, and sliced my finger pretty severely. I let the manager know that there should be signs on these windows to alert people to not open them.

The room was amazing. The room was clean, we had a lot of space, and the kitchen was a lot better than a few of the other hotels with kitchenettes. The staff was awesome Eric, the manager on shift was very accommodating and tried his best to satisfy.

When I first came into the bedroom the bed was half made. The staff quickly gave me new and fresh sheets and pillows. The A/C didn't work inside my room but due to the weather it was really a problem.

staff was very helpful and friendly and room size / amenities were excellent. Included breakfast bar is a nice touch.
