property was nice , pool was amazing, location was perfect

The room in general was very clean and although we didn't use the swimming pool it appeared clean and well-kept. The staff was responsive and it was very quiet. The location was very convenient to Ocean City.

We stayed for 4 nights. The room was not serviced after the first night and it was inconvenient to have to go to the office and wake the desk clerk to get coffee bags. Once we requested it, however, the room was cleaned and beds made and towels were replaced the rest of the stay. The only issue with the room was that the tub had a slow drain. The office could definitely use updating and painting. A couple of the rooms had plastic chairs on the balcony. It would be an improvement to have a couple for every room.

They were vere friendly and accomodated us with a room on ground level and close to pool when i asked since my granddaughter fractured her tibia prior to trip. Plus since we had 2 little ones they let us use facilities(our room) after checking out in case they had to use potty which has never happened in my 40+ years going to Ocean City. Also the fridge didn't work and we told them and within 10 minutes had a different one. So that being said we already are making plans to return next year with more family members.

Just not enough pillows but we already solved that for next time so easy fix.

We have always gone to the Economy Motel next door for the past few years. We decided to stay here this year for a change because we had a bad experience over there and decided not to return for a while. I was HIGHLY impressed with everything. The gentleman at the desk was super friendly during the check in process. The room was very clean and my family was actually able to sleep peacefully! The air quality was great and the bed was so much more comfortable than the other motel. We took advantage of the lovely pool as well. We will be returning for another mini vacation in August. The super sweet man at the desk said “ once you stay with us, you will always come here”…. Well, he was definitely right!!!

We got a bottom room for easier access to pool for the children. We loved our room. Only thing was, we had a family with about 6 young kids above us that ran around ALL hours of the night .

Room was clean. No bed bugs, stains, or anything like that. Also didn't smell like smoke or have any other unusual odors. Really close to Ocean City and had both a diner and a Wawa right across the street.

Parking was a little tight. Larger vehicles may have issues. Also wasn't the quietest room - we could sometimes hear the people in the room above us walking around and the bathroom fan was kind of loud. Fortunately, we didn't hear the people in either of the rooms next to ours, and also didn't hear their TV or anything, so not too terrible.

it was super clean. the management team kept checking on us our entire stay to ensure everything was good and we were happy. the pool was kept clean and full the entire time. it should be noted that this location is close to a lot of beaches and places. including wild wood ocean city and Atlantic City

the key cards stoped working a few times but they just gave us new ones no biggie

No breakfast. Great location.

I didn’t like how booking charges an additional $23.00 when I could have booked the room for the a lower price on my own (directly).

Office staff was very accommodating and helpful with a glitch (that was my fault) concerning check in.

I have no complaints! All meet expectations and we had a wonderful time.

Before we left the next morning, a couple next to the door was in a fight. They were very loud. It's not very sound proof. Overall, it's quite. We didn't hear anything when people are in normal state.

You get what you pay for, great value just outside of Ocean City, NJ and right on the main strip to get to the beach. The motel room was decent and fitting for the price at 1/3 the cost of rooms close to the beach/boardwalk. Nice staff, nice outdoor seating at the pool area, close to Wawa and other places for food/drinks. Would stay again for a night or two.
