I recently visited Santa Fe, and I don't really have any complaints about this property. While I did not find it 'perfectly clean', I found it clean enough. The microwave was a bit dirty, and when I opened the door, realized that there was no microwave plate. I reported it to the front desk, and the gentleman there replaced it immediately. I also found a bath towel that appeared to have dried blood on it (most umpleasant) and again, the gentleman at the front desk was apologetic and assured me that this oversight would be addressed; and he offered me a full set of replacement towels. The complementary breakfast was better than many properties you will find. upon checkout, the manager on duty not only allowed my wife and I a late checkout without charging us, they also did not charge us for the small companion pup we travel with that is a buddy to my small service dog. The location is very convenient to a number of good local restaurants, and only 4 miles from the Santa Fe Plaza. I certainly felt that I received good value for what I paid, and I did appreciate their kind and attentive service.

Again - in general, the property could have been a bit cleaner; and when I did a load of laundry at the property, the adjacent rest room definitely needed a major cleaning. When I brought issues to the staff, they were receptive and accommodating.

Rooms were very clean and well maintained. Great price and right in the downtown area, next to everything we wanted to see. Staff was super nice and helpful. Usually hotel coffee in the room is terrible, but they had a keurig in the room and the coffee was great. I was very pleasantly surprised. We also had a microwave and mini fridge, which was great for heating up leftovers. We took the kids swimming at the pool. It wasn't too large and we had a blast. Well maintained and clean. Safety devices were accessible on the wall. Breakfast was nice and included in the price. Nothing fancy, but a good selection that even the toddlers ate. I'd definitely recommend staying here. Great price, great location, and amenities were on point.

Through no fault of the hotel's, someone had their dirt bike stolen off the back of their truck in the parking lot. Someone also tried to pry open my gas tank. Just make sure your belongings are locked up or bring them in the hotel.

The bed was very comfortable. The pool was nice. They said it was heated to 85°. It would've been nice if it was more like 90°.  I liked the continental breakfast, except for the syrup for the waffles. It had a very bad aftertaste, and in general just didn't taste good, that's my opinion. 

The heater really dried out the room even with a humidifier I had brought, and unfortunately I was on medication that dried me out some as well so I ended up only getting three hours sleep because of that. Also, when I arrived at the room, they had the air conditioning on, so it was freezing and I noticed the air conditioning in the hallway was also set at 60° And it was a chilly night that night. 

the place was perfect . the attendant at the front desk was accommodating very quick with his part of the process and I have zero complaints the rooms charm ing , the bed was comfortable there was a couch and a chair it was super good for the money it was the best place i have been in months ....I will gladly return there on my next visit to the Santa Fe area .

no complaints other than the parking lot was like so many in New Mexico it was somewhat displaced from the structure where you have to park away from your direct sight . a bit difficult to keep an eye on your vehicle especially considering that the property has it listed every two feet or so outside that they will not be responsible for any loss to you at all . so that is a bit concerning when you can't really see your wheels from where you are . but alm things considered the place is in my opinion a five star three star hotel .

The staff was super friendly, I needed to use the business center and the printer was down so the front desk helped me out right away. They were always available for questions and helping out when we needed it.

The treadmill is on it’s last legs, I had three false starts before I got a successful run. Our room was so far from the hot water heater that it took almost 10 minutes with the water running to get a hot shower. The towel bar in the bathroom was MIA, and the insulation on the window was mostly gone. We could hear the traffic very well, thankfully there was plenty of window covering to draw closed and keep the temperature comfortable.

Breakfast included the basic coffee,apple, cranberry juice to start. Apples as fresh fruit thank you, hard boiled eggs a nice option . Pizza in squares of 3 different types, banana muffins. 2 Dry cereal options.

So the first night my neighbor next door has his tv volume on so loud I woke up at 2am in the morning listening to his tv. I called down to the front desk but no one answered after about 5 rings. I got on my computer and emailed the property informing them but didn't get an answer back. That morning I spoke with Janice who apologized (answered my email written at 3am), and said she would adjust my bill. Ended paying full price.

Room size, coffee and waffles in breakfast, quiet, good value, fast checkin

Located on a main street with lots of fast food places, other hotels, restaurants, Walmart, and 4 minutes from Meow Wolf. The room itself was nice with newer quality bedding/curtains and updated bathroom. A small microwave, larger than expected fridge, and a Keurig. Pillows were super fluffy and comfortable. Heater and A/C both worked well keeping the room at a comfortable setting. Large eating area in main lobby for breakfast.

Being on 3rd floor... The elevator was SUPER slow and seemed very old and in an odd location getting in and out of with luggage into a small corner/ hall before entering main hall going to rooms...a bit tight to maneuver. The bed wasn't comfortable...too hard. Very few parking spaces in front,..2 handicapped and 5 regular spaces, the rest were located at back of hotel but in a very small parking lot and the rest on the side of the hotel.

Our room was very clean, and it was very quiet . We love the big comfortable bed and lots of pillows plus the water pressure was excellent.  Steven Kirby, the front desk attendant, who checked us in was exceptional in his professionalism, and had answers to all my questions plus gave us locals only spy routes to get to our fun destinations & entertainment .

We thought the swimming pool would be bigger and it was full of kids so we did not use it.

Really great price for a very comfortable room.

The room could use a little attention - something needs cleaning off the wall across from the bathroom, the electric outlet behind the chair is broken in such a way that it is a bit dangerous. The upholstery is a bit stained. That said it was otherwise extremely clean, large and comfortable.
