The front desk staff accommodated my request to change into a different room as the first room provided smell musty/ dirty. We were given new towels upon request; and breakfast was good with variety and few new items in the two days we were there. The place was clean and had newer furnishing than my last visit there. It actually exceeded my expectations this time around.

The pool area did not look that clean, so I did not use it but maybe it's because we arrived in the afternoon and some guests may have already put it to good use during the day. But hubby and son stated it looks better the next day and they went swimming in the morning.

The location was between Applebee's and The Horseman Cafe. I asked if I could walk to Applebee's and was told, NO. I walked it a night, and it is 2 blocks away. Watch for uneven sidewalks, but it's any easy distance. You should consider taking a jacket at night because the desert is cold at night.The hotel has everything in the room to hold food in the refrigerator and a microwave to heat. A coffee maker, iron in closet, and good firm beds. The entire staff was helpful and courteous. The rooms are cleaned by housekeeping to an immaculate condition.

The hotel is older, and the shower curtain in my room didn't have a liner. The shower curtain itself was fraided, and eyelets were torn.

The location was convenient for early morning medical appointments. The room was spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable and the room quiet. The coffee in the lobby/ breakfast was quite good. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Parking was convenient.

The synthetic eggs for breakfast were the only complaint regarding amenities. All the rest was the usual fair for a chain hotel. Some Lights over the sink were burnt out and substandard quality.

In the scheme of things, this hotel is an outstanding value. The staff were also really nice and helpful.

Had the typical commercial American pre-packaged breakfast. Not much that the hotel can do about this (the same execrable breakfast is across America in lots of chains) but the only thing keeping me from giving this hotel a '10'.

elevators shared with cleaning staff delayed movements in mornings. Availability of "breakfast" was an attraction, but the quality was poor with no healthy options. The lay-out of the room left no possibility of privacy when in the sink area (fully visible from all areas of the room.

The continental breakfast was good and had several choices. The staff was respectful and delivered on all of my requests.

The shower curtain didn't have a liner and the curtain got wet, so when you were done and moved it to the outside of the tub it dripped on the floor. The shower curtain was tattered from years of use.

Bed very comfortable.

It would be nice to have a small basket at the front desk with prepackaged breakfast muffins for those that must leave extra early before the 6am start of breakfast service. To be able to have a small muffin with the 24 hr available coffee before extra early. Thank you

Clean rooms. Nice size. Good breakfast

Dirty pool area. Not enough seating or room in breakfast area. Homeless person living in a van in the parking lot, was creepy.

I appreciate that they are trying to keep us all as safe as possible during the Pandemic and trying not to share germs, that is why the breakfastroom was closed. The construction on our floor was done.

I didn't like that it was a bag breakfast instead of an actual breakfast. However, we are in the middle of a Pandemic, I know everyone is trying to be careful. I did not appreciate the exorbitant amount we were charged for the room with so much construction going on. Only certain floors were even opened. The construction was loud and very dusty. We should have received some sort of compensation for this stay, in the form of a discount or free stays another time.

Location, able to get a handicap room on first floor.

NOT the hotel's fault, but children on floor above us arrived on our second night. Husband has PTSD and cannot deal with the level of booming and jumping and hollaring these kids were doing until between 1-2 am!!
