The bed was fine. The staff were courteous, friendly and accomadating. I was able to switch rooms away from the main road side, which made my stay quieter, the extra cost was not that much more.

The bathrooms were really small, the tub seemed very shallow. The exterior clearly needed stucco works, as every window seemed to have been replaced, onm the backside of the building. Bare concrete was visible. There seem to be a few lights out on the outside, and it could use many more security cameras.

Hotel was clean and decently priced. Bathroom was in good shape with decent water pressure. It's a good stop-over location. Breakfast was limited but sufficient. They have a pancake and waffle maker!

Location was several miles from old Santa Fe. And, although on a busy road, seemed remote. Breakfast was limited.

The breakfast bar was plentiful and delicious. The green chile was excellent! Two restaurants (with bars) within walking distance meant no worries of a DUI. And there's a mall RIGHT THERE if you get bored!

There's a lot of people who think Cerrillos road is an audition track for "The Fast and the Furious" so bring earplugs if you're not into midnight drag racing. The sound insulation is good, but some cars are just stupid loud. The pool looked fun and CLEAN, but it was closed.

It was a last minute stop at Santa Fe for us, long way on a road trip. And the service we received was amazing. I checked in a bit early with my two large tired dogs and everything was very smooth.

This is one of only two places that we stopped that had a very good breakfast. Also it was located with both the Outback and Applebee’s restaurants within walking distance. Shopping was also in walking distance.

The only thing was the fact that if you were staying more than a night you had to dump your own trash as they were only cleaning rooms that were emptied that day. Of course that seems to be the norm right now due to not having personnel to work.

Secure, front doors locked after hours. Helpful staff, the lady at the front actually helped us carry our stuff up the stairs when we got there just because we had so much and knew we were going to have a hard time.

No elevator, we stayed a long time and had a lot of stuff. We also had someone with us that had a disability which made this difficult. But a lot of the hotels didn't have elevators.

Room was clean, comfortable. Wifi coverage was good, strong single. Hot breakfast...sausage and eggs.

I did not like the giant TV red "remote" button. It looked like a camera. I did not use the television. There was a homeless person hanging out around the cars. I did not feel unsafe, I wished they had housing accommodations.
