The young lady @ the front desk was friendly & smiling. She was welcoming. She advised us of the back entrance. This was very convenient. The back entrance was close to my room, which made it easier to unload, with a disabled adult. The room was clean. The air conditioner worked great. The breakfast was very good, as they had a full breakfast. Me & my family were very pleased with this hotel. The parking lot had security cameras. They took my vehicle infirmation to only allow the customers to park, which made it easy to find a parking spot. This hotel was exceptional.

There was nothing that I did not like. The stay was great.

I loved that it was just the right space for the 5 in the family. The extra sitting area is beneficial for my son to have the couch to sleep on. Then the two girls on the bed. They had a blast with the pool it was a great experience. My family enjoyed breakfast was just the right amount for my children to get their tummy's happy and they said the food was good to them. Since it was cooler they enjoyed having hot chocolate for breakfast. Would definitely book Holiday Inn again!! Pictures are not exactly the things it says under the description but wanted to show more. For lobby I put the breakfast area that the complimentary breakfast intels. For outside I wanted to show the small kitchen area available in the room! Convenient so you dont have to buy fast food everynight we got microwaveable dinners to eat the last night there.

The only problem the ac in our room would rattle inside the ac unit when I would try to put the cold on. It kept getting a little humid, clammy, and warm so I would try to get it a little cooled off and comfortable but the ac would give me problems. But not a huge deal.

I was scheduled to check in at 3 p.m., but my training ended an hour earlier, at 2 p.m. Having been awake since 3 a.m. that morning, I was extremely tired and in need of some rest. Fortunately, the front desk clerk was kind enough to accommodate my request and allowed me to check in at 2 p.m. I was grateful for his kindness and could finally get some much-needed rest.

My partner needed to do some work b4 check-in time. He was allowed to use their foyer with table and usb connections a few hours prior to check-in to the room which we could use an hour earlier too. Breakfast was quite nice with a good choice of everything. Comfortable chair

We couldnt open any windows and during the night I had to engage the aircon for a while to get some cooler air in the room. The couch looked nice but wasnt very comfy

Breakfast is always good at Holiday Inns. I loved that they have full size bottles of shampoo, conditioner & body wash attached to the wall in the shower. Thanks to my husband, we have a collection of probably 15 tiny bottles of that stuff in my hall closet from over the years...

The bathroom floor, was kind of dirty. There was hair & it was a little sticky. Barely any water pressure in the shower. The night desk lady, looked at me through the locked door & then walked away, forcing me to call her & tell her I needed to check-in. We thought that was kind of rude. Maybe... Have a big card that says, "Checking In?" Then we could nod at her... When she did check us in, she was terse & rambled off all of the instructions, passcode & breakfast hours.

Everything was great. The room was clean. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The pool and hot tub were good. The breakfast was very delicious. The food options were good. I really enjoyed breakfast. The parking was perfect. I like how the hotel is not exactly off the main road and is kind of hidden. Like a secret hideout.

beautiful, comfortable wood furniture and desk in room. Comfortable bed. Nice ambient lighting. Good variety of foods for breakfast in a comfortable seating area. Manager very welcoming.

I couldn't find the light switch for the backlighting on the headboard, so I had to go to sleep with the lights on. Found out in the morning that it was a toggle switch on nightstand on the other side of the bed which had been hidden by my husband's bag. Not a reason for not returning to this hotel, but it was annoying at the time to try to sleep with the lights on.

Great location for our needs. It was less than 15 minutes from old town (based on traffic at 7am) and less than 10 minutes from Whole Foods. The room was clean and furniture was perfect for temporary storage and utility. The beds were comfortable. Being on the ground floor was not a problem with shades that were excellent for maintaining our privacy.

I would have preferred the sink to be inside the bathroom instead of in the sleeping area. It was not a deal breaker for a short stay.

The location was great for getting back and forth all over town. Finding it to begin our stay was next to impossible. We went back and forth on Cerrillios and could not locate it. We finally called and asked what they were near. The property is BEHIND Denver Mattress not actually on Cerrillios. Only a very small sign up front.

The breakfast, the accommodations we're as good as I expected, excellent.Very clean

We stayed in two queen beds which we only needed the first night. Staying four nights total , and a weekday, I really thought we could move to a single king bedroom but they were wanting to charge tremendous more for the last two nights. Ignore this if the hotel was truly full but I have just had more warmer front desk people than this in my 30 years of travel. Not mean just not very warm to us
