There was a nice assortment of options for breakfast eggs,to oatmeal fresh fruit staff were very helpful ,when ever we came back to the hotel we were greeted with a high how was your day do you need any thing thank you for making are stay enjoyable

The shower was gross floor had brown goo in corners,walls were dirty ,l took a wash cloth with some and tile came clean ,it was a lack of cleaning way the shower was so dirty,had to put a towel on shower floor to take shower , sink rim also was brown , some sope and wash cloth ran around rim started to come clean , also did not like that I went to truck and came back in less then 10min and housekeeper had been in room moving laptop touching personal clothes,yet did not clean made bed was all even tho we had only checked in night before the next day they were not in at all no. frsh towels tolitrees coffee light bulb was out

All the staff at the front desk and breakfast area were amazing. They were super friendly and professional.

Only thing that was a bit of bother was the way the room was made. The bathroom sink and lights were right in front of the beds, so in the morning when I went to get ready. If I turned the lights on, they would light up everything. And I would wake up the person still sleeping because the beds were right in front of the bathroom sink. Maybe they should have placed the bathroom at the other end. This way there would be no disruption to the people sleeping.

The staff, especially the front desk ladies were amazing! They were super helpful and took great care of me, my mom and fur baby Bella. I felt safe and cozy.

The doors slamming late into the evening by other guests. I know it's hard to control the common sense of others. Is there something that can be put on the doors to slow the closing process to lighten the sound?

Breakfast was above average and the front desk staff were amazing.

There were no bed side outlets. Bathroom fan was really noisy. The vanity lights are directly across from the sleeping area so if someone is trying to get ready while others are sleeping they have to do it in the dark. It’s just poorly designed layout compared to other hotels I’ve stayed in.

The desk help was great so accommodating looking for the luggage carts , extra towels. The breakfast staff was pleasant and made the start of the day a good experience. Wonderful service we were there a week and had a great stay!!

It would be nice to have a little variety with the eggs.

The room and the facility overall were clean and attractive; we never had issues finding parking; the breakfasts were of above average quality with good selection; staff was friendly and efficient.

There wasn't always enough staff to provide service at the bar.

The fact that the smoke alarm went off & woke us up at 8:30 a.m. & the person that came and checked why it was going off questioned if we had been smoking … umm pretty sure you would’ve smelled smoke & we don’t smoke so there’s that !!

I always enjoy Hyatts free breakfast. it’s one of the best ones at this price point. The beds were comfortable, plenty of space, and clean rooms. great location. Cerillos is a main thoroughfare. We were close to Meow Wolf, Shopping centers, and restaurants. Only a 10 min drive to The Railyard and Plaza.

keeping in mind this is a 3 star hotel I don’t expect it to meet 5 star quality but I do believe that the caulking in the bathrooms can be cleaned up. it made the showers look dirty.

Breakfast Polite, helpful, and friendly staff.

The download speed of the WiFi network was very slow and at times the signal was too weak to even connect to the WiFi. We spent 5 nights and needed to do our online bill paying and banking but was not able to do so.

The beakfast was delicious ! The staff was awesome and the location was perfect for our trip and everything was close around. Good location. And I loved how when we came back from our day of festivities the room was nicely clean and restocked with towels and sheets !
