Best Western Plus Inn of Santa Fe

We had a great time! The check in was easy and the staff was friendly and helpful. It was our first time attending Zozobra and the staff told us where we could park for free and gave us other important information about the event which made it much easier for us. The rooms were quiet and the beds were so comfortable. The breakfast had a lot of great options such as eggs, potatoes, biscuits n gravy, cereal, sausage, bacon, and waffles. The location was quiet and we felt safe. We will definitely be staying here again next year!

Nothing, our stay was great!

Everything except one thing.. The sleeper sofa. Unfortunately, it’s metal frame was literally broken in half and Unusable 

I went downstairs to tell the reception clerk about the broken metal frame on the sleeper sofa and she said that they knew about it and that I shouldn’t be concerned about it because I had requested a room with two queen beds and I did not include that I wanted a sleeper sofa, so it was not an issue but I told her I thought but she should know that the metal frame of the bed is broken in half an unusual to anybody and makes the sofa uncomfortable.

Check in was quick and all staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast had nice, if simple, options and the dining room was kept very clean.

One reason I booked here was because it had "business center" in its description. I had a remote meeting to attend so I was hoping for a quiet, secluded space to do so as it was early morning and I didn't want to wake my daughter. I ended up having to attend my meeting in the lobby (their business center is a computer in the lobby). In addition, the wi-fi was so inconsistent I ended up having to use my phone as a hot spot.....which wasn't that big a deal....but I hoped I wouldn't have to.

It was a great stay. We enjoyed it so much we spent an extra night! We loved that our little dog was warmly welcomed. Our room was very clean and the bed extremely comfortable; the comforter, pillows and sheets were good quality as well. Also provided us with fresh and soft extra blankets. The room had very good water pressure (on 2nd level) and plenty of hot water. The southwestern style was a nice change from chain hotels... a bit of our local n.m. charm, especially in the lobby. The pool and jacuzzi were wonderful and had excellent hours, open til 11 pm!. Breakfast was quite nice with a good selection and was kept very clean! Also the gourmet coffees, tea and water station in the lobby is available 24/7 which is a nice extra. It felt safe and is a perfect location for car shopping, the mall, restaurants etc. and not too far from downtown without downtown prices. The front desk staff were all friendly and helpful and the housekeepers did a thorough job, and always with a smile. We definitely won't stay anywhere else whenever we're in Santa Fe! The walls between the rooms are a bit thin and you can hear your neighbors and their 4 legged, but otherwise we were very happy.

This is the best hotel we have ever stayed in for this price range. The rooms are clean and quite spacious (considering there were 5 of us, which could have made it a bit cramped). The hotel facilities were great (just make sure you've got a total of 10 quarters for the washing machine and tumble drier if you want to use them). The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is amazing: a wide range of foods including fresh fruit, cooked dishes (sausages, scrambled eggs, etc.), waffles, etc. There is an indoor pool which we didn't use but which seemed great as well.

Nothing. Everything was perfect!

I liked that they had so much on the breakfast buffet. It was more than I was expecting. I liked the sausage and omelette's the best. The coffee was good too. And I liked that they had a latte and hot chocolate machine available all the time for guests. My grandma really enjoyed that.

I didn't like the beds. They were very hard for my liking. I had a hard time falling asleep and getting comfortable. They looked comfortable but were a little too hard for me and my family.

The room was clean and nicely decorated. Staff was friendly. Plane left early the next morning so we did not get breakfast. We left at 5 AM. We could smell it but breakfast didn’t start until 6 AM. We went to the restaurant across the street for dinner, it was recommended by the staff, they had a whole list of restaurants, and it was delicious.

There were lots of homeless people walking around a block away.

Hotel was clean and staff was very friendly. Breakfast is awesome!! the lady working there at the buffet was so nice and kind. Pool and hut tube are clean and comfortable. I had some other issues but other that than I will recommend.

Room was a lot smaller than described on website. It was very loud also that my little daughter couldn't sleep well. Another issue was that the hotel charged me twice and manager just said: "Those things happen when you are training people, I apologize" What if I just overview that HUGE mistake from them.

Great room: clean, with huge beds (a bit soft for me but not for my sister), and a great bathroom. Fridge, microwave, a/c with thermostat. All good!

The breakfast. The dining room is too small for a hotel of this size. Also - and this surprised us, seeing as this is 'real' hotel: plates were all made of paper or plastic; and all the cutlery of plastic. Unpleasant to use, envoronmentally wasteful.

Indoor pool was a definite plus. Sofa bed was also awesome to have. And the breakfast was good. I'm happy that they changed the food a little bit on the 2nd day of our stay. Parking was close to the rooms. Very good. The staff was very very helpful. Especially LIZA at the front desk.

The beds were a little too stiff, but overall ok. Maybe the chlorine in the pool was too high? My eyes really burned for about 20min after coming out of pool. But very clean.
