Cleanliness, friendly housekeeping and kitchen staff. Chocolate Chip cookies and Orange Water at the front desk. Room was nice, roomy.

I still have not received an emailed receipt for our stay. I asked for a printed one on the day of check out, Sunday July 17th. Front desk personnel said it would be emailed to me. Usually I get one under my door. I'm not sure the front staff know what they are doing. I have checked my checking account and the amount for our stay was posted and now it's not. I will be contacting my bank. The pool was closed for repairs. We booked 2 mountain view rooms and only one had views.

Breakfast was good and the dining room was inviting. The hotel was located near restaurants and other services, which was very convenient.

I was surprised that there was a fee for the parking at the property.

The coffee availability was usually out and on both mornings I had to ask the front desk to refill coffee. One of the front desk clerks was completely great and the other not so great...don't think he liked me too much and didn't appreciate me asking for coffee. Could be that Santa Fe people are just not friendly.

Cleanliness is always at the top of my list. This property was very clean which made me feel comfortable - especially since we are in pandemic.

The front desk staff was not always friendly. We didnt know that we had to inform the front desk by 8:30am if we wanted our room serviced. No one was at the front desk when we checked in - waited a while before someone came to the front.

I did love how the beds were comfortable, very clean, the view was beautiful and the staff was very nice. They did charge me 100 dlls more from what I was supposed to pay. The extra 100 dlls was because I had booked thru a third party. I did get the extra money back. Breakfast was not good. Muffins and corn flakes without milk. Pool was closed, gym was opened.

I didn't like that the air inside the room was very dry that it made it impossible for me to breathe due to me having allergies tried turning it off but they stay on permanently. The down pillows are not comfortable at all.

Location, food, cleanliness, staff was excellent

We always book Hampton Inn to stay in traveling. I like the environment and breakfast. My kids love the indoor pool ad spa, but after a long drive when we got there we realized pool is closed. There was a sign on pool door as because of the construction work pool is closed. I’m not saying it wasn’t true but there was nothing related to construction stuff in the pool area. My kids were so sad.

The size of the room. We didn't eat breakfast except for yogurt.

The staff was busy, but we had to go back down 4 floors because our keys wouldn't work. We booked the larger room with more square feet and they tried to put us in a standard king room. They changed it, but weren't too thrilled about it.

The hotel is newer and the decor was really nice. The room was spacious and clean. Though we chose not to eat, the free breakfast looked good and seemed to offer more variety. Coffee and hot water was available in the lobby throughout the day and not just at breakfast which was a plus. The staff we interacted with were friendly.

One small quibble: the luggage carts were too small. Depending on your party and amount of luggage, you will need at least two carts to transport your luggage to the room.

Very good. Comfortable, clean, easy check in. Nice bed. Actual eggs for breakfast!

Parking. Shower head and tub (too high) were not really what I had hoped. Nice towels though. Would it be that expensive to include a handheld spray head?

when we received the final bill, we were charged for parking. when I booked this stay, there was no mention of a parking fee.
