The bed was comfortable. The room was very spacious. The cleaning staff prepared the room very well. I appreciated the artistic "touches" on the shower curtain, towels, etc. That person has pride in their work. The price was reasonable. The updated vanity was nice.

I didn't leave any personal items in the vehicle because of the noticeable number of apparent homeless/transient persons along Camino Cerrillos. I didn't fear for my personal safety just preferred to avoid tempting anyone to seek to acquire my personal property.

No breakfast however Malisa recommended the Pantry Cafe down the road which was great! The staff team is awesome although we saw them being verbally attacked for decline to rent to a city resident however they handled it calmly so I'm guessing it's an occurrence at this hotel, we however felt safe here and loved that they allowed my dog and even offered treats. Will return on our way back home.

We stay here when attending shows at Meow Wolf. Beds are clean and comfortable. The building and some fixtures are dated, but overall it’s clean and convenient. There are mini fridges in the rooms and a microwave in the lobby/kitchen area.

The hallways still smell of cigarettes from when smoking was still allowed. Fresh carpet might help to improve that.

Great location and the quietest hotel I've ever stayed in. Very personable, outgoing staff and locally owned by people who really like where they live. Comfortable and reasonably priced.

There is no food service on the property, but the abundance of options within walking distance means that isn't a problem.

I like the fact that it's close to Walmart taco bell. But specially Meow Wolf. Which was the reason why we were in Santa Fe.

The room was good, the only issue was that when my husband was in the shower the shower head broke. It could have fallen on his head thankfully it didn't, and I understand things fall apart. We were able to use the shower next door.

The staff was very friendly & welcoming. My room was easy to access, clean & comfortable.

I was a little concerned about the location, as I had to circle the block to get back from the drive thru; on the way I saw several unhoused people wondering the street. I did not however, experience any issues during my stay.

Great location - lots of restaurants nearby. Convenient to Santa Fe attractions. The clerk at check-in was very pleasant and helpful. Room was clean, with very effective air conditioning.

A bit rundown, bed was not the most comfortable, but definitely great for a short stay.

The style of the room was very neat. I love antiques. We had an antique oak dresser and Victorian sofa. The bed was very comfortable. It was quiet.

The outside door was old and made of wood. You could see light coming thru at the bottom.

I WALKED INTO THE ROOM AND IT SMELLED FRESH AND CLEAN...THE ROOM WAS ALSO COLD WHICH WAS GREAT BEING IT WAS HOT OUTSIDE.

THE SHOWER WATER TOOK A WHILE TO GET WARM, BUT ITS UNDERSTANDABLE THAT IT HAS TO TRAVEL A LONG WAY FROM THE WATER HEATER...
