Being able to snag a small breakfast was very convenient since there was a bistro in the lobby. The location of the Courtyard Downtown Rochester was perfect because there were numerous places to eat in the area that were close whether you chose to drive or walk. I was very impressed with the security of the facility for example you needed a key card to access any of the guest facilities such as your room or the activity center or Etc. The hallways and lobby area had such a refreshing sent throughout . If we are ever in the area in the future this hotel will definitely be my Top Choice to visit.

Courtyard Rochester Downtown was the best place to stay for visiting Colleges with our daughter. The hotel looks just like new, it’s beautiful ,the room was as beautiful, spacious, confortable, and super clean. The staff was super nice and helpful. We loved that there were lots of places to eat and hang out just crossing the street, also that it had a parking lot for our rented car and an ease ride from the hotel to both Colleges that we visited. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back

We loved everything about this hotel

The hotel is modern and clean. Location is close to downtown and close to restaurants. The drive to University of Rochester area less than 10 minutes. There is a bar downstairs.

I didn’t find anything real to complain about. All issues small, like we had 3 people in the room and the pull out bed was not made, but I’m not sure a hotel like this does this for you anyway.

Didn't care for being awakened, at 135am, by Gunfire outside hotel!! Rochester has issues all over the City!! It's seems like wild west, on motorcycles, scooters, quads etc... Would never return to Rochester unless I had to...

Breakfast option was good. Nice size room and very comfortable beds. Very clean and nice outside seating. The artwork of the Rochester area was an excellent touch that gave a feel of the history of the area.

Had a little issue with the dining worker one day when trying to redeem my breakfast voucher but it was worked out. They have to work on their customer service.

For the price, I would've expected at least a complimentary continental breakfast.

The accommodations were quite fine. Someone complained about the volume level of the TV in the room (my brother is hard of hearing). This was the first time this has ever happened, so it made me wonder about the insulation between the rooms.

We did not eat breakfast at the hotel but only because of its great location, there is a fantastic diner around the corner called, "Jims on Main." We chose to eat there and did not regret it!

Everything was great. I did try to check in about 20 mins early and could not, I had to sit in the car until exactly 4:00 check in time, but I can't blame them for that. Check in time was 4:00.

Very nice and clean hotel. Staff was very friendly and professional.

Booked late but even still it was quite expensive for one night. Can only come in the parking lot one way upon arrival as the other entrance has a gate that requires your key card.

breakfast was really slow, emergency lights in ceiling make too much light every time you move, metal strip under shower head makes a ding every time the water drips.
