It was super convenient being in the heart of the town where most things to do were in walking distance. The view from the property was exceptional. I also liked being able to have breakfast there with a lake view.

It was a lot of money for our stay for only two nights in our particular room choice. I know that price was pretty much standard almost wherever you went. Originally I wanted to book a lake view room but I couldn’t justify the price being over versus other locations so we changed room types because of it.

Great location in the center of town. Clean rooms. Nice big bed with a couch too! Beautiful hotel. Pool & hot tub were awesome. Breakfast buffet & bar/restaurant were perfect. Great stay. Will stay again. The museum fort was incredible too!

The price during the Americade bike week was a little steep compared to surrounding hotels. Almost $1000 more for the week. But yiu get what you pay for as well. I also feel like if your already staying at the hotel, the breakfast & museum should be complementary.

Most of the staff was great! Rooms are clean and spacious, just need a little updating. Great place just to sit around with friends and family and relax. Location is great! Chrissy, great job on our room!

The bar closes at 10pm on a fri/sat night. Rooms need to be updated. One particular staff member at the front desk needs to be a little more friendly. Ate at the restaraunt for breakfast, a little un organized. Couldn't even give a good tip, you don't do tip on CC, and I didn't have small bills. When asked a server and hostess they couldn't be bothered and said they had no change.

location was great! staff was wonderful! Grounds were beautiful. Restaurants were reasonably priced and food was fresh and delicious

we were on the mountain view side of the outside hotel, (because we wanted to be) i felt deprived that everyone inside outside and poolside rooms all had comfortable seating (chairs) and outside our rooms there were very uncomfortable weak benches! put some adirondack chairs out there even if you do look at the parking lot, we deserved comfortable seating too!

The staff at the hotel were all super! We expected a room with 2 queen beds & a pull out sofa, but we got double beds. We have stayed here before & had better rooms. The shower was in the corner & very tight. The toilet was extremely low. Other than that, the room was clean, and the view was great! When we were leaving the manager explained to us the different set-ups of the rooms. Next time we will surely upgrade, we were certainly paying for the view and a smaller group of people. We had 4 girlfriends in this room.

I liked just about EVERYTHING! The location was perfect for walking around and being able to visit so much in the area of the hotel. Very helpful staff and the proximity to the lake and the view was excellent! All around a wonderful trip.

A warmer pool ;) Really my only complaint was that during my weekly stay, the breakfast was a complete buffet- I prefer an a la carts simpler breakfast.

The location was excellent. The staff was very accommodating. The food at the restaurant was delicious and the Bartenders and drinks were FANTASTIC! I AM GOING BACK NEXT YEAR.

Would have like full service housekeeping, but the women who did clean my room was VERY NICE and always asked if there was anything else she could do for me. So I had everything I needed.

The breakfast buffet and the dinner buffet at the hotel were very good.the wait staff is always friendly and helpful. Very accommodating.

When we got there to check in, the room I thought I made a reservation for was on the wrong side of the hotel. The hotel was booked and we couldn’t exchange it. That was ok until I saw the condition the room. There was an infestation of jipsy worms in the room. I spoke to Sam Luciano the manager and he was able to change our room at no extra charge. This hotel does go above and beyond to make things right. Our stay turned out perfect!

The location was perfect for us. The rooms were good, we were missing a refrigerator which was disappointing but we were very close to main office so it worked out

We were on the Mountain View side, which was great but ….. everywhere else had comfy chairs and we had a very uncomfortable benches which made sitting outdoors very hard. Put Adirondack chairs please

The view was spectacular. The staff was kind and accommodating. They were able to get a refrigerator for my brother's insulin before we even checked in.

The premium room was not worth it. The non premium room my brother stayed in was better and less expensive. The coffee station was sub par for the price of the stay.
